GARDE provides design services for different types of interiors including retail outlets, residences, hotels, restaurants, offices, sports centers, entertainment venues, public spaces, medical facilities and mixed-use facilities. We assist our clients in creating a unique world where visitors, customers, and end-users can experience our clients’ vision in all their sensory dimensions. We ensure that a creative yet highly functional space is realized.
Because of our Japanese origins, our work embodies both traditional Japanese culture with its aesthetic concepts of “wabi” (simplicity and minimalism), “sabi” (beauty or serenity that comes with age) and “iki” (refinement with flair), as well as the trendy, contemporary design that Japan is famous for.
Our expertise has evolved from designing retail outlets for high-end European fashion labels in Japan, to serving a multitude of clients around the world in a variety of market sectors. Whether we use new materials, traditional techniques or contrasting elements, we always strive to deliver that special brand of Garde design aesthetics that has appealed to our clients for more than 30 years.
When designing a new facility, we firmly believe in preserving and respecting the traditions and culture inherent to the location of the project. While we cherish the distinctive Japanese design aesthetics such as the play of colors between light and shadow, we utilize our global design resources to ensure a functional space is created – one that will entice both local as well as international visitors. One of our key services is access to our extensive net-work of internationally acclaimed architects and artists. Garde has mastermind and understand the value of collaborating with a world-renowned artist can raise the project’s profile and garner media interest, thus increasing the brand value of the project. For materials and FF&E, we source the most suitable materials. We also facilitate production and procurement for each FF&E plan, while ensuring materials are quality-controlled and purchased within budget.
Our international project managers are at our clients’ disposal to assist with international expansion and quality-control of their global enterprise.
GARDE’s construction management services include procurement of materials sourced, production of furniture and fixtures, quality and schedule control, and prompt and reliable construction management services includes a one-year warranty.
Assisting clients in event planning, from conceptualizing to
