CONTENTS
1. Conflict of Interest Statement
Authors must state possible conflicts of interest in the manuscript, including financial, consultant, institutional and other relationships that might lead to bias or a con- flict of interest. If there is no conflict of interest, this should be clearly stated as none declared. All sources of funding should be acknowledged in the manuscript. All relevant conflicts of interest and sources of funding should be included in the manuscript at the end of main text be- fore the references with the heading “Conflicts of Interest and Source of Funding：”．
2. Statement of Informed Consent
Authors must ensure that a patient’s anonymity is carefully protected and verify that any experimental in- vestigation with human subjects reported in the manu- script was performed with informed consent and following all the guidelines for experimental investigation with hu- man subjects required by the institution（s）with which all the authors are affiliated.
3. Statement of Human and Animal Rights
Dokkyo Journal of Medical Sciences is dedicated to the humane and ethical conduct of all studies involving living subjects. All clinical trials involving human subjects must be registered, retroactively if necessary, to be considered for publication. In studies with human subjects, indicate in the Methods section whether the procedures, including obtaining informed consent, were conducted in accord with the ethical standards of the institution in which the experiments were done or in accord with the ethical stan- dards of the Helsinki Declaration. For experiments with animal subjects, briefly explain the measures taken to in- sure compliance with established guidelines for humane use and care of laboratory animals, citing the origin of these guidelines.
