Handle System）を削除し、以下の文章を議長報告に記載することで決着。

The Plenary recognized that identity management plays an

important role in many telecommunications/ICT services and

that it can be implemented using a range of technologies and

solutions.

今後の標準化活動への提言 (1/２)

1. 標準化活動成果の定量化と分析

 デジュール標準化機関であるITU-Tを如何に変革し、活

用していくかの戦略的取り組みが重要。

 定期的な各SGの標準化活動モニタリングによる改革が

実現。

 定量分析による動向マクロ分析は、我が国の効率的なリ

ソース配分等の判断に有益。

2. ITU-T内部及び外部機関との連携の仕組みの分析

 FG, JCA, GSI等の標準化連携が有効で戦略的な標準化

がタイムリーに進行できている。

 複数組織が対等に標準化を進めるGSIやCITSに代わる

仕組みの新規検討への積極的な関与。

今後の標準化活動への提言 (2/２)

3. CTO会議と標準化戦略立案

 CTO会議は新技術検討を始める上で有益な情報。

 CTO会議の情報を効果的に活用し、我が国が進める標

準化への反映が必要。

4. SG再編について

 WTSA-16で日本提案の11SG体制を維持。

 日本から２つのSG議長席を獲得(SG3, SG9)。ITU-T

マネジメントへの影響力の発揮。

 中心課題となるIMT-2020の非無線部分、偽造端末の

防止、NFV、SDNのSG11, SG13の役職者 (WP議長、

ラポータ、エディタ) への日本からの積極的寄与。

 SG3は新技術の取り込みを主導し、日本企業の途上国

への影響力確保。

 SG9は存在意義が発揮できるマネジメントを主導。
