悪質な海外ウェブサイトを公表します
～海外ネット通販サイトでの模倣品・詐欺に注意～
消費者庁では、平成
25
年２月５日から、消費者庁越境消費者センター（ＣＣＪ）
に寄せられた相談のうち、模倣品の販売が確認された（又は強く疑われる）海外ウェ
ブサイトに関する情報を消費者庁のウェブサイト上に公表し、消費者の皆様に注意を
呼び掛けてきました（平成
26
年２月

日時点で

サイトを掲載）
。
しかしながら、海外の事業者が日本の消費者向けに運営しているネット通販サイト
での模倣品販売や詐欺が強く疑われるトラブルに関する相談は、依然として増加を続
けています。平成
25
年には
2,325
件の相談があり、前年比
3.5
倍以上（平成
24
年：
637
件）となっています。また、詐欺が強く疑われる商品未到着の事例の割合も増加
しています（平成
25
年の相談のうち
1,233
件、約
53
％が商品未到着の事例）
。
そこで、海外ネット通販サイトでの消費者トラブルの未然防止及び被害拡大防止を
目的として、海外著名ファッションブランドの権利者等の協力を得た上で、新たに次
の３から６までに該当する海外ウェブサイトに関する情報を公表することとします。
（従来から公表対象としているもの）
１．消費者庁が模倣品の販売を確認した海外ウェブサイト
２．消費者庁が模倣品の販売が強く疑われることを確認した海外ウェブサイト
（新たに公表対象とするもの）
３．消費者庁が詐欺が強く疑われることを確認した海外ウェブサイト

●区分欄は、「模倣品」、「模倣品疑い」、「詐欺疑い」のいずれかを記載しています。
