新事務局長選出
Council Resolution 2017 – agenda item 15 (A) (Appointment of the new Secretary-General)
Council, in accordance with Article 15.1 of the Statutes,
unanimously decides to appoint Mr Sergio Mujica as Secretary-General for five years from the date of
appointment. The authority and responsibility of Secretary-General will be conferred on Mr Sergio Mujica at an appropriate date in 2017 to be agreed with the President.

政策担当副会長、COPOLCO議長 英国 Scott Steedman氏の政策担当副会長の前任者任期 と新任期 新COPOLCO議長の選考のためのRecruitment review committeeの設置（現行は、マレーシアのラトナ氏） 事務総長代理及び財務監事の離任 Mr.Kevin McKinley氏の4月末離任、新事務総長は7月中 旬着任（なお事務局次長は販売部門の中心であったMr. Nicolas Fleury 氏が昇任） Mr, Miguel Payro氏の12月末離任とDr.Dominique Christin 弁護士の1月着任 9月の理事会では、COPOLCO議長の選出がある。 © IS O /JS A 20176

Blandonnet問題
ISO/CS事務所移転に関する不透明決定への処理 課題は2つ：経理的課題、倫理的課題 内部管理の甘さを正すべく、ガバナンスや購入に関する 定款や規程が強化される。 理事会決議としては、顧問法律家のアドバイスに従った 形で、民事・刑事の法的アクションは取らない 遠からず、事務所は移転せざるを得ない。統治委員会

6 proposalsが賛成されなかった 33.7か月が規格開発平均時間 115 membersが、TCでdisgraced 格下げ 課題は、Age of standardが古い、規格開発時間が長い、 project managementがなっていない（自ら規格開発しな がら） 4月28日、サービスワークショップ(バンクーバ開催) RA (registration agencies) 5年間のsystematic reviewの際に、なるべく模範契約に変 えていこう ISO/CSはこのRAからの収益は求めない。RAはコストをカ バーする範囲で料金を取ることができる © IS O /JS A 2017
