誘導加熱による鋼板塗膜の乾燥

Drying of Coating Film on Cold-rolled Strip by Induction-heating

要旨 : 冷延ストリップ用表面処理ラインの乾燥炉には過熱効率の高いことの他に,処理速度の変 化に対する速応性をもつこと,すなわち,熱容量の小さいことが要求されることもある。 このような炉を実現するために,従来の対流や放射加熱方式にかわり,大容量の高周波用 サイリスタ・インバータを用いた誘導加熱方式を採用した。本報告では,誘導加熱を適用 するにあたって基本的な考え方,および,珪素鋼帯製造ライン中の乾燥炉への適用例につ いて紹介する。 Synopsis :

A drying furnace used in the cold-rolled strip coating line is required to have not only high heating efficiency but also quick response to a process speed variation or small thermal capacity. In order to meet the above reaquirements, an induction-heating process that uses high-power and high-frequency thyristor inverter has been successfully applied to the furnace instead of the convection and radiation method coventionally used. This paper describes some fundamental considerations in designing the furnace of induction-heating type, and an example of successful application to the drying furnace for silicon steel processing line.
