None Description and Purpose:

ON Semiconductor has sold the Fairchild TVS portfolio to Taiwan Semiconductor Co (TSC), Ltd.

TSC has taken over the business as of Dec 1, 2018 and orders should be sent to TSC as of Dec 1, 2018.

This Fairchild/ON Semiconductor portfolio was a buy/sell agreement with TSC and Fairchild/ON Semiconductor. Fairchild/ON Semiconductor were never manufacturing these products. The acquirer, TSC, is the original manufacturer.

There is no change to the products and they will continue to be manufactured, sold and after sale supported by TSC.

The devices contained in this notice are part of the divestiture and sale as noted above.
