人間優先の視点に立って公園や道路を整備し、様々なアートイベントの「舞台」として活
用します。また、学校改築を計画的に進めるとともに、地域のシンボルとして整備し、周
辺のまちづくりにつなげていきます。誰もが安全・安心に文化に親しめる「国際アート・
カルチャー都市」に向けたまちづくりを総合的にデザインしていきます。
Parks and roads will be developed from a perspective that puts people as the i rst priority, and these will be utilized as “stages” for various arts events. While moving forward systematically on plans to renovate schools, effort will also be put into developing them as symbols of the region, and to tie them in with urban development of the surrounding areas. The city will undergo comprehensive design to achieve urban development for the International City of Arts & Culture, where everyone can gain exposure to culture in a safe and comfortable environment.
