Abstract In this study, we did hearing investigations to a special school and job support institutions for analyzing the practical problems of the job support system. The following things were cleared. We must consider as a long time period support for students to build the cooperation system with other organizations. The individual transition plan was not used often; the integration of the difference in consciousness of schools and job support institutions are necessary. Therefore that are effective to plan format unification, to make integrate the image of "the person with handicapped" by schools and institutions. From the point of view of the independence, not only make experience but also to give information and participate are important. The supporter must think about the way and contents to support.
