大会最終日に荷物をクローク預けることが出来ます。場所や時間については大会最終日にご確認く ださい。Please note that bag check is only available on Tuesday, August 9th. The location and time for bag check will be announced on-site.
HP 等の写真掲載への承諾のお願い Permission regarding individuals on the Web 本大会の終了後、発表会場や記念式典の様子を撮影した写真を大会 HP や会報に掲載する予定です。
写真の掲載を希望されない場合は、事前に大会事務局 ([email protected])までご連絡くだ さい。ご連絡がない場合は承諾されたものとさせていただきます。
Photographs of the conference will be posted on the LET website and will be included in the LET newsletter. If you do not want to be photographed, please make sure to email and inform the conference secretariat ([email protected]), before the conference begins.

発表者の方へ Information for Presenters
■コンピュータ機器について
発表教室では、コンピュータからの映像出力、音声出力が可能となっており、RGB (VGA)ケーブルと、
PC から音声を出力するケーブルは教室内に設置されています。コンピュータ機器を使用して発表を予 定されている先生方には、原則として機器をご持参いただいての発表をお願いしております。
There are no PCs available in presentation rooms, but an RGB (VGA) cable and a sound cable from a computer are available. Please bring your own computer to present your work.
注：映像の出力は D-sub 端子（RGB ケーブル）による接続に限られております（HDMI 接続はで きません）。コンピュータ機器の端子をご確認の上、変換コネクタをご持参いただくなど、各自でご 対応をお願い致します。
Note: The projector system and a computer cannot be connected by HDMI. (a) If your PC (Mac) has a VGA terminal, please bring your PC alone. (b) If your PC (Mac) does not have a VGA terminal, you need to bring an HDMI-to-VGA adapter as well as your computer.
■機器接続確認について
大会当日はトラブルを避けるために、事前の動作確認をお願いしております。午前の部、午後の部 共に、第 1 発表開始の 5 分前までを目安に、動作確認を完了させてください。
Please be sure to conduct your presentation checks in the presentation rooms 5 minutes before the first presentation in the morning or afternoon session of each day.
注：機器の相性の問題等で、稀にプロジェクターから投影できない場合が生じます。万が一の事態 に備えた発表準備をして頂けましたら幸いです。ご協力のほど、何卒宜しくお願い申し上げます。
Note: Due to unforeseen equipment failures or incompatibility of devices, you may not be able to project your slides in the presentation rooms. It is recommended that you prepare handouts just in case. Thank you for your time and understanding.
■ポスター発表者の方へ
ポスターの貼り付けは、8/9（火）午前 10 時までに行ってください。場所は 5 階のエスカレータ 付近です。13：00 から 14:05 までが、ポスター前にて質疑応答の時間です。その後、ポスター をお剥がしください。Please put your poster on the board provided near the escalators on the 5th floor. The question and answer time (core time) is between 13:00 and 14:05.
Please remove all materials afterwards.
