運動時の糖質介入は力調節能力の及び実行機能の低下を抑制することが明らかになった.
摂食後に行う運動時においても力調節能力や実行機能は低下するため,運動中の糖質介入 が必要である可能性が示された.しかし,糖質を摂取することなく口内への曝露のみで中枢 性の疲労 (力調節能力や実行機能の低下) を抑制出来る可能性が示された.
