Abstract

STAR(Satellite Technology for the Asia-Pacific Region) Program is a project which is proposed at the 14th APRSAF(Asia-Pacific Regional Space Agency Forum). The objectives are: to provide the opportunities of developing human resources for the Space Agency staff in the Asia-Pacific region, to increase the number of earth observation satellites in the region, in addition, to meet the future needs for earth observation in the region. In this report, We report the activities of STAR program from June 2009 to December 2011.
