BMS Company Registration's Image ①For Oversea Company

At Member authentication page, please click "New Member Entry" button.

At Membership Agreement Page, please click "Agree" button.

Please enter "User Id" between 4 and 8 single byte alphanumeric characters and please note it for further use.

According to the mentioned instructions, please enter all of the required fields.

Please click "Next" button after filling up all of the required fields.

Receiving and Ordering classification and Purpose Oversea Company can select only "Ordering company" option.

・Concept of Receiving and Ordering Company It is the place for requesting business to other company, paying compensation and searching outside order and partner company.

You can search outside order and partner company.

Using registered email address,

you can receive application messages from member companies and messages from our company.

When it's clicked, the company name input by basic information, a located country and the number of employees are copied.

Especially, the following is the key point.

Disclosure classification Oversea Company can select only Disclosed" option.

Disclosed: Address, Phone Number, FAX and Email will be displayed.

According to the user requirements, you can attach at most 2 images.

1File must be below 50KB and only image file(for example: Company logo, factory location, product) is allowed.

Zip file is not allowed to attach.

Possible to input the explanation of the above picture within 100 character.

Please enter specific order contents to order to partner company.

Please click ▼ button to choose type of Industry category.

According to the mentioned instructions, please fill up all of the required fields.

Please enter type of company's business and request towards partner company.

If registration process is completed, system will send password to member registered mail.

Please ensure to note user Id and password. If forgot, please mail to

"[email protected]".

After filling up all required fields, please click "Register" button.

New member will change to Permanent member within 1 week after registration.

System will send mail about these permanent member information.

If permanent member gets application from other company, system will send mail to your mail account. If you receive mail, please contact with applicant company via phone or mail.

After registration, please ensure to check mail regularly not to miss applicants' requested mail.

This is the sample mail format from applicant's companies.

At My Page, please click "Project information Entry" button.

Receiving and Ordering Classification:

Oversea Company can select only "Ordering(Order placement) information" option.

According to the mentioned instructions, please enter all of the required fields.

"Add" button : To add row at the bottom line of category list.

"Delete" button : To delete the selected line of category list.

According to the user requirements, you can attach at most 2 images.

If user clicks "Company Name" link, Company information inquiry Page will be displayed.

As it is during data entry process, input data will not be saved.

If registration process is completed, New Project Information Registration mail will be sent. Registration Classification

Oversea Company can only select "Disclosed" option.

At My Page, please click "Search Project Info" button.

You can search by Keyword of double byte or single byte characters.

If you search with Processing Category or Service Category, please check the category.

You can also select multiple items to search.

According to the mentioned instructions, please enter search conditions.

If Location menu will be displayed then Please select the preferred region(area) and location to search. If you click the Large Category then you can see the Middle Category.

You can also select multiple items to search.

Location menu is hidden.

If you click the [+] Button then you can see the preferred region(area) .

If you want to search by registration date,

please enter year and click ▼ to select month and date.

If you want to search by Company number,please enter 9 numbers.

After filling up all required fields, please click "Search" button.

If you want to reset all search conditions, please click "Clear All" button.

If you want to go back to My Page, please click "Back" button.

You can search by Company name, Handling product name, Processing category or Service Category(Any contents), Material, Owned facility,Possessed technology and qualifications of single byte or double byte characters.

Moreover, it is possible to search by muliple conditions of owned facility, processed technology and qualifications.

If the search process is done, company information list will be displayed.

If you want to view detail information, please click company name link.

If you want to contact with company, please click "Apply through the system" button.

At Company information inquiry Page, detail company information will be displayed according to selected company name of company list.

After filling up all required fields, please click "Send" button.

Please enter the Message contents to send other company.

Company name, Country, Address, Person in-charge, phone number, FAX number and E-mail will be displayed.

You can also update Person in-charge,

Telephone number, FAX number and E-mail before sending mail.

After confirmation of contents, please click "Send" button. If so, mail will be sent to other company.

Please describe Message contents clearly. You can receive mail from registered company, and so, please check mail regularly, after applying. Please confirm message contents to send mail.

When mail been sent from the transaction-requesting enterprise, a new arrival information screen of an application of dealings is indicated loged in page. Please confirm the item information on the business information list screen.

Please becarefull when the business information list screen isn't checked and it's passed for more than 2 weeks, it will disable to show.

Can be closed a new arrival information screen of an application of dealings when you clicked "Closes" button.

Please download explanation material from link of " input method of a result of dealings" and input a result of transaction with a mentioned way in an item information renewal screen.

At My Page, please click "Business information list" button.

A business information list screen is indicated.

The business information list screen can be indicated when you click a link of "Business information list".

When a partner enterprise confirmed the application item information by a business information list, an icon of a flag sticks to the confirmed item.

At Member Authentication Page, please enter "User ID" and "Password", and then, please click "Login" button.

At My Page, please click "Search Project Info" button.

You can search by Keyword with japanese language or english language.

If you search with Processing Category or Service Category, please check the category.

You can also select multiple search conditions. According to the instructions, please input search conditions.

If Location menu will be displayed then Please select the preferred region(area) and location to search. If you click the Large Category then you can see the Middle Category.

You can also select multiple items to search.

Location menu is hidden.

If you click the [+] Button then you can see the preferred region(area) .

If the search process is done, project information list will be displayed.

After filling up all required fields, please click "Search" button.

detail project information will be displayed according to selected project name of project list.

You can search by Project name with english language.
