2018上半期のロシア新車乗
用自動車販売は79万台に達
し、2017年上半期(66万5000
台)と比較して19%増加した。
ロシア国産自動車の販売は、
20%増加した。それを牽引した
のは、 Lada ブランド車のLada
Vesta および Lada Largus であ
る(当該モデルの販売台数は、
それぞれ43%、53%増加した)。
UAZ製乗用車も、同様に増加し
ており、 UAZ Pickupは 43%増
となった。一方で、その他の
UAZ製モデルの販売は落ち込
んだ。
ロシアで組立てられた外国車
の販売は、
17%増加した。これ
は、市場の平均成長率を下回
るものだった。2018年上半期時
点で、このセグメントが新車販
売台数に占める割合は62%で
ある。
ロシアで組立てられる外国車
の安定的な地位と競争力は、
さまざまな政府の援助政策に
よって支えられている。

ロシア乗用自動車市場における2018年上半期の主なトレンド
廃棄税が増額される前、2018
年4月1日からの輸入車販売は
成長を見せた。輸入車トップ3
のメーカーは、Toyota、
Mercedes-Benz、Lexusであっ
た。同時に、これら3ブランドが
輸入車全体の45%以上を占め
ている。
2015年以来はじめて、プレミア
ムセグメントがポジティブな成
長を示し、7万台と5.5%の増加と
なった。ただし、シェアに関して
はいまだに縮小しており、9%と
なった。2017年上半期に高い
業績を示したブランド Jaguar,
Volvo, Jeep, Cadillac and
Infinitiはネガティブな傾向を示
した一方、MercedesとLexusに
ついては、下降傾向を成長方
向に軌道修正した。
2018年上半期、SUV及びBセグ
メントは、継続して最大の販売
台数を記録し続けており、 新
車販売台数全体の81%を占め
ている。

自動車市場が徐々に回復し
ていることを背景にロシア政
府は2018年の自動車市場に
対する支援規模を縮小させ
た。ただ、自動車ローンおよ
び自動車リースの補助金制
度は2020年まで延長するこ
とを2018年7月に決定した。
また、ロシアで組み立てられ
る自動車販売を促進するた
めに、極東地域における自
動車ローンに対する助成金
も増額された。
政府支援の縮小という事実
を踏まえ、多くの自動車メー
カーはトレードイン、カーリー
スといった方法も含め販路拡
大に引き続き努めている。

小型商用自動車セグメントは、総重量3-5トンまで
の自動車を含んでいる。
2018年上半期、小型商用自動車は5%成長し52,900
台が売れた。Citroen (+65%), Peugeot (+60%) およ
び Ford (+59%)が、販売を大幅に伸ばした。
ロシアの商用自動車市場は国産ブランドである
GAZ、UAZ および Ladaがほとんどを占めており、
その合計は全体の70%になる。しかしながら、これら
主要なロシアブランドは、そのシェアを落としている。

トラック市場は、中型(3.5から16トン)および大型
(16トン以上) トラックが含まれている。
2018年上半期、トラック販売は20%増加し、37,900台
となった。外国車のシェアは、今期も拡大を続けて
いる。上位10ブランドの中で、ロシアブランドは5%
シェアを落とし、外国車ブランドは2%シェアを伸ばし
た。
