CALCIUM POTASSIUM NITRATE

LIQUID CALCIUM WITH POTASSIUM GENERAL INFORMATION

CALCIUM POTASSIUM NITRATE is a true solution containing nitrogen, potassium and calcium which are readily available when applied to soils and plants. CALCIUM POTASSIUM NITRATE is a unique product having both calcium and potassium. Each element is important for high quality and extended shelf life in fruits and vegetables and to produce maximum yields and quality in virtually all crops.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

CONSULT YOUR LOCAL FERTIZONA REPRESENTATIVE OR

THEIR AGRICULTURAL SPECIALIST FOR SPECIFIC CROP RECOMMENDATIONS.

CALCIUM POTASSIUM NITRATE is used in the soil and in foliar applications. Soil applications are usually made where there is a shortage of potassium in addition to a need for calcium. Foliar applications of CALCIUM POTASSIUM NITRATE on fruits and vegetables usually are made toward the end of the growing season to enhance solids and add color. On small grains, row crops and forages, applications may be made at various times. See a sales representative for specific recommendations. It is highly recommended that a soil analysis be used to determine specific application rates.

SUGGESTED APPLICATION RATES FOR ONE GROWING SEASON (GALLONS PER ACRE) IN THE ABSENCE OF A SOIL TEST:

Tree and Bramble Fruits, Nut Trees and Other Fruits: Foliar Application: 2–4 gals. Apply ½–1 gal.

per application. Soil: 2–3 gals.

Field and Row Crops: Foliar Application: 2–3 gals. Apply ½–1 gal. per application. Soil: 2–6 gals.
