The City of Musashino provides educational support for foreign， multi-cultural families and Japanese families returning from abroad to help their children enjoy school life.
Counseling
Mon - Fri 10:00 ~ 17:00 except holidays. We hold all personal information as highly
confidential. Available in Japanese, English and Chinese.
Japanese Tutoring
provided to students from abroad and students of international families attending public elemen- -tary or junior high schools in Musashino.
A tutor will be sent to the school upon request of the principal to give one-on-one instruction. Study Support (called “Step Room”)
provided to students from abroad and students of international families attending public elemen- tary and junior high schools in Musashino on Wednesday after school at our office.
Language Services
-Translation of the school handouts and various transcripts etc.
-Interpretation to help guardians at admission, parents’ meetings and private interviews etc. and to help students get accustomed to school life.
