シンガポール水道配管工事-大口径海底パイプラインの設計と施工

Planning and Construction of Large Diameter Submarine Pipeline between Singapore and Malaysia

要旨 : 口径としては世界最大の海底水道配管 2 条を海底トレンチ内に敷設した。使用した管は口 径2200mm の鋼管の外面に厚さ 238mm の鉄筋コンクリート被覆を施したものでその延長 は1 条当たり 2.5km であった。設計に際してはパイプに過度の応力が発生しないようパイ プラインの線形,支点ローラーの耐力,配置を決定した。施工に際しては,長く重いパイ プの搬送設備,進水設備等の大型仮設備を工夫するとともに,曳航中はダイバーチェック, ワイヤー張力の測定およびコンピュータシミュレーションによりパイプラインの線形管理, 水中重量調整を行った。 Synopsis :

The largest diameter twin submarine pipeline was constructed and laid for a length of 2.5km. This 2200-mm-diameter pipeline was cladded throughout its length with reinforced concrete of 238mm in thickness. The surface tow method was adopted for the first straight section and the bottom pull method for the major straight section. These two sections were then connected into a bend at a dry pit. As part of the design, the pipeline profile and the bearing strength and spacing of the rollers were determined to ensure that the pipeline was not over-stressed during installation. Also equipment of various types to handle and launch the long and heavy pipe were carefully considered and designed. During pipe-laying the pipeline profile was checked and controlled by divers and computer simulation. The submerged weight was monitored by computer simulation and measurement of the tensile force of the pulling wire during each pulling operation.
