1.SC4の創世記

1.1 ISO表示装置関連規格の歴史(1)

•ISOTC97(情報技術委員会)1に、979年DINがVDT関連規格を提案 •ISOTC97の回答

•第1回SC4総会:1983年

•ISO 9241-1,2に続いて1990年にISO 9241-3はDIS投票を可決した。 •1983年の日本の状況 •一方、我が国は独自にVDT指針を作成、1986年にJIS X6041業務用陰極線管表示部および鍵盤を制定した (2010年に廃止)。 1983年に現在のJEITAの前身の一つのJEIDAに、VDT対策専門委員会が設置され、指針の 作成を行った。 •1983年末にはISO/TC159/SC4/WG2委員のスウェーデンのエストバーグ博士が講演し、解像度の定量的判定を 行いたく、日本の貢献を期待するとのこと。 •1985年にはJEITA指針およびJIS原案の英訳版を完成させ、ECMA、DIN、 ISO/TC159/SC4/WG2 の会議招集者 を訪問し意見交換を行った。 •1989年からWG2会議に出席し、日本の意見を直接説明した。 •1990年に9241-3のDIS第二版投票が可決し、FPD規格を附属書で作ることが提案された。 •当時フィンランドがEL、日本がPDPと液晶生産国であり、フィンランドと日本に規格作成の期待がかかった。 •1991年JEIDAでFPDの初めての会合を持ち、2001年13406-2が制定された。 2011年3月4日 中野 3

Fundamentals of controls and signaling methods

ISO 1503:2008 Spatial orientation and direction of movement — Ergonomic requirements

1 Scope

This International Standard sets out design principles,

procedures, requirements and recommendations for the spatial orientation and direction of movement of controls and displays used in tool machines, industrial robots, office machines,

earth-moving machinery, transportation (automobiles, railway electric cars/rolling stock, aircraft, ships, etc.), information, daily commodities, public utilities and the operational

components of building facilities.

It lays down basic requirements for determining the operating direction of controls and the moving directions or changing states of the target object, as well as other relations.
