Introduction

SHIGEO KOBAYASHI

I)ean of Matsumoto Dental College   The first international symposium for the academic exchange between Matsumoto Dental College and Moscow Medical Stomatological Institute was held in Moscow on March 24 and 25, 1993.One df the main discussions in this symposium was the dental education in Japan, Russia and Finland. The participants did positively discuss for the dental education in each country and they did carefully listen to each participant’s statement as well as his/her opinion. It was a very meaningful and successful symposium for the first step of academic exchange.1 have a confidence for the further development of academic exchange between two institutes.   The participants from Matsumoto Dental College were as follows:

抄録 歯学教育に関するモスクワシンポジウム

本学とモスクワ医科歯科大学との学術交流の具体的な取り組みのひとつとして,第一回の国際シンポ

ジウムが,3月24・25日の両日にわたって,モスクワで開催された.

本シンポジウムでは,日本,ロシア,フィンランドの三国での歯学教育について,それぞれの立場か

ら活発な討論が交わされ,学術交流の第一歩として誠に有意義なものであった.今後一層の進展が期待
