Please ask a Customs officer at seaport as well as airport for a blank form.
* 0.1 million JPY in a case that you are bound for North Korea
DECLARATION OF CARRYING OF MEANS OF PAYMENT, ETC. consists of 2 copies. Please use a pen, print clearly and press firmly. Submit the completed forms to the Customs officer.

◎ Gold bullion(not less than 90% purity) exceeding 1kg.

Please fill in your flight No. or name of vessel and place of destination of flight or vessel.

Please fill in your flight No. or name of vessel and place of departure of flight or vessel.
If your scheduled date of departure or arrival is the day you submit declaration, please check Day of declaration . If your scheduled date of departure or arrival is the day after you submit declaration, please check Day after declaration .
