1. インストールに必要なもの Preparation Before Installation

1.1. 用意するもの Have ready the following items before installation:

・ インストール用 CD (V-SFT5 Ver5.4.16.9) Installation CD (V-SFT5 Ver5.4.16.9)

・ レジストリ設定ファイル(MemoryLink_V5.reg) Registry setting file (MemoryLink_V5.reg)

・ RS-232C クロスケーブル(メス-メス) (non-CBTC TOD) RS-232C cross cable (female-female) (non-CBTC TOD) ・ Ethernet クロス(またはストレート)ケーブル (CBTC TOD)

Ethernet cross(or straight ) cable (CBTC TOD) ・ 画面データ(例: non-CBTC TOD Screen.V8)

Screen data (example: non-CBTC TOD Screen.V8) ・ フォントファイル (EngNewGothic18A.fnt)

1.2. 注意点 Attention

・ V-SFT はインストールすると C:の容量を約 1GB 使用します。 Installed V-SFT uses approx. 1GB of the C:drive.

2. インストール手順 Installing V-SFT

既に V-SFT をインストールしている場合のみ

If V-SFT has been installed

1. V-SFT をアンインストールする。

If V-SFT has been installed, uninstall it.

“コントロールパネル”の”プログラムの追加と削除”より V-SFT を削除する。 Remove V-SFT in “Add or Remove Programs” in the Control Panel.

2. 【V-SFT Ver5.4.16.9】をインストールする。 Install [V-SFT Ver5.4.16.9].

PC にインストール CD をセットすると、自動的にインストーラーが起動する。

Insert the installation CD into the disk tray of the PC. The installer is started automatically. 3. “インストールする”をクリックする。

4. セットアップ画面が表示されるので、”次へ”をクリックする。 The setup screen is displayed. Click “Next.”

5. “使用許諾契約の全条項に同意します”を選択し、”次へ”をクリックする。 Select “I accept the terms of the license agreement” and click “Next.”

6. ユーザ情報に“ユーザー名”と”会社名”を入力し、”次へ”をクリックする。 Enter the user name and company name, and click “Next.”

7. インストール先の選択画面は”次へ”をクリックする。 Click “Next” without changing the folder.

8. “インストール”をクリックする。 Click “Install.”

9. インストールが開始するので、数分待つ。 Installation is started. Wait for a few minutes.

10. “いいえ”をクリックする。 Click “No.”

11. “完了”をクリックする。 Click “Finish.”

12. “終了する”をクリックする。 Click “Quit.”

13. 【レジストリ設定ファイル】を登録する。 Register [registry setting file] as follows:

“MemoryLink_V5.reg”ファイルをダブルクリックする。 Double-click the “MemoryLink_V5.reg” file.

14. “はい”をクリックする。 Click “Yes.”

15. “OK”をクリックする。 Click “OK.”

16. 【フォントファイル】を置き換える。 Overwrite the [Font File] as follows:

V-SFT に登録している現在のフォントファイルを新しいフォントファイルに置き換えをする。 Overwrite the current font file registered in V-SFT with a new font file, as follows:

下記の古いフォントファイルを削除する。 Delete the following old font file:

C:\Program Files\V-SFT V5\TPA\EngNewGothic18A.fnt

新しいフォントファイル(EngNewGothic18A.fnt)を下記のフォルダからコピーする。 Copy a new font file (EngNewGothic18A.fnt) in the following folder:

E:\ V-SFT\インストール CD(Ver 5_4_16_9)\EngNewGothic18A.fnt

コピーしたファイル(EngNewGothic18A.fnt)を下記のフォルダに貼り付ける。 Put a copy file (EngNewGothic18A.fnt) in the following folder:

C:\Program Files\V-SFT V5\TPA

17. これで V-SFT のインストールは完了。 V-SFT installation is completed.

3. non-CBTC TOD への画面データ転送(RS-232C クロスケーブル)Transferring

Screen Data to the non-CBTC TOD(RS-232C Cross Cable)

3.1. non-CBTC TOD の初回画面データ転送 Transferring Screen Data to non-CBTC TOD for the First Time

初めて画面データを転送する場合のみ

Only when screen data is transferred to non-CBTC TOD for the first time

1. TOD の電源を入れると下記の画面が表示されるが、無視して RS-232C クロスケーブルを PC と TOD に接続 する。本体プログラム(3.2 章)と画面データを転送(3.3 章)する。

When the TOD is turned on, the following screen is displayed. Without doing anything on the screen, connect the RS-232C cross cable to the PC and the TOD. Transfer the Display System Program (Section 3.2) and Screen Data (Section 3.3).

3.2. 本体プログラムの転送 Transferring Display System Program to the non-CBTC TOD

monitouch の本体プログラムの修正が必要な場合のみ

Only when monitouch Display System program needs modification

1. RS-232C クロスケーブルを PC と non-CBTC TOD のコネクタに接続する。

Connect the RS-232C cross cable to the connectors of the PC and the non-CBTC TOD. 2. 転送用の画面データをダブルクリックし、V-SFT を起動する。

3. 本体プログラムを non-CBTC TOD へ転送する。

Transfer the Display System Program to the non-CBTC TOD ツールバーから”ファイル”を選択し、”転送”をクリックする。 Click “File” in the toolbar and then “Transfer.”

4. 転送データの”本体プログラム”を選択する。

5. “通信設定”をクリックする。 Click “Communication Setting.”

6. 通信ポートの”シリアルポート”を選択し、通信ポートの”COM1”を選択し、ボーレートの”115200”を選択し、 OK をクリックする。

Select “Serial Port” in “Communication Port,” “COM1” in “Communication Port,” and “115200” in “Baud Rate.” Click “OK.”

＊通信ポートの番号はデバイスマネージャで確認して下さい。 Check the communication port number in the device manager.

7. 転送方法の“PC→”をクリックする。 Click “PC->” in “Transfer Method.”

8. “UHK00170.prg”を選択し、”開く”をクリックする。 Select “UHK00170.prg” and click “Open.”

このファイルは、標準フォルダに V-SFT をインストールした場合、以下のフォルダに存在します。この手順で操 作した場合、Default で以下フォルダが指定されます。

Note: After “PC->” is clicked, the following folder is opened. “UHK00170.prg” is saved in this folder if V-SFT is installed in the predefined folder.

9. 本体プログラムが転送されるので数分待つ。(TOD の画面には”Transferring Data”が点滅する)

Transfer of Display System Program is started. Wait for a few minutes. (“Transferring Data” blinks on TOD screen.)

10. 本体プログラムの転送が完了すると上記のプログレスバーのダイアログボックスが自動で閉じる。 Upon transfer of Display System Program, the progress-bar dialog box is closed.

3.3. 画面データの転送 Transferring Screen Data to the non-CBTC TOD 1. RS-232C クロスケーブルを PC と non-CBTC TOD のコネクタに接続する。

Connect the RS-232C cross cable to the connectors of the PC and the non-CBTC TOD.

2. 転送用の画面データをダブルクリックし、V-SFT を起動する。 Double-click screen data to be transferred, and start V-SFT.

3. 画面データを TOD へ転送する。

Transfer screen data to the TOD as follows:

ツールバーから”ファイル”を選択し、”転送”をクリックする。 Click “File” in the toolbar and then “Transfer.”

4. 転送データの”画面データ”を選択する Select “Screen Data” in “Transfer Data.”

5. “通信設定”をクリックする。 Click “Communication Setting.”

6. 通信ポートの”シリアルポート”を選択し、通信ポートの”COM1”を選択し、ボーレートの”115200”を選択し、 OK をクリックする。

これで画面データの転送は完了。 Screen data transfer is completed.

4. CBTC TOD への画面データの転送(Ethernet ケーブル) Transferring Screen

Data to the CBTC TOD(Ethernet Cable)

4.1. CBTC TOD の初回画面データ転送 Transferring Screen Data to CBTC TOD for the First Time

初めて画面データを転送する場合のみ

Only when screen data is transferred to CBTC TOD for the first time

1. IP アドレス(Japanese)ボタンを押下する。 Touch “IP Address (English).”

2. Ethernet 画面(IP アドレス設定画面)へ遷移するので、EDIT ボタンを押下する。 Ethernet Screen (IP address setting screen) is displayed. Touch the EDIT button.

3. IP アドレスを設定するテンキーが表示されるので、テンキーで下記の IP アドレスを設定する。IP アドレスを 設定したら、設定完ボタンを押下する。これで IP アドレスの設定は完了。

A numerical keypad is displayed. Set the following IP address by using the numerical keypad. And then, touch the “Setting Finished” button. The IP address is set successfully.

・CBTC TOD の default IP address は 10.133.12.99 Default IP address of the CBTC TOD is 10.133.12.99 ・(non-CBTC TOD の default IP address は 10.133.12.90)

4. Ethernet ケーブルを PC と CBTC TOD のコネクタに接続する。

Connect the Ethernet cable to the connectors of the PC and the CBTC TOD.

5. PC の IP アドレスを変更する。

Change the IP address of the PC as follows.

“コントロールパネル”の”ネットワーク接続”より”ローカルエリア接続”を選択し、”プロパティ”をクリックする。 In the Control Panel, select “Local area connection” in “Network connections.” Click “Property.”

6. インターネットプロトコル(TCP/IP)を選択し、プロパティをクリックする。 Select Internet Protocol (TCP/IP), and click Property.

7. “次の IP アドレスを使う”を選択し、下記の設定を行う。

Select “Use the following IP address,” and enter the following IP address and subnet mask. IP アドレス: ”10.133.12.91”

IP Address: ”10.133.12.91” サブネットマスク: “255.0.0.0” Subnet Mask: “255.0.0.0”

8. CBTC TOD の IP アドレス変更確認および PC と TOD の接続確認を行う。

Confirm that the IP address of the CBTC TOD has been successfully changed and that the PC can communicate with the TOD.

スタート->すべてのプログラム->アクセサリ->コマンドプロンプトを起動する。 Select [Start] – [All Programs] – [Accessories] – [Command Prompt].

9. コマンドプロンプトの PING コマンドで TOD との接続を確認する。コマンド”ping 10.133.12.99”

Confirm that the PC can communicate with the TOD by executing a PING command “ping 10.133.12.99” in the Command Prompt.

CBTC TOD より Response が返ってくれば、正しく設定されている。

4.2. 本体プログラムの転送 Transferring Display System Program to the CBTC TOD

monitouch の本体プログラムの修正が必要な場合のみ

Only when monitouch Display System program needs modification

1. Ethernet ケーブルを PC と CBTC TOD のコネクタに接続する。

Connect the Ethernet cable to the connectors of the PC and the CBTC TOD.

2. TOD の IP アドレスを確認する。(確認方法は 5 章を参照) Check the IP address of the TOD. (Refer to Section 5)

3. PC の IP アドレスを変更する。(設定方法は 4.1.章のステップ 5 からステップ 9 を参照) Change the IP address of the PC. (Refer to Steps 5 to 9 of Sections 4.1)

4. 転送用の画面データ(V8 ファイル)をダブルクリックし、V-SFT を起動する。 Double-click screen data (V8 file) to be transferred, and start V-SFT.

5. 本体プログラムを CBTC TOD へ転送する。

Transfer the Display System Program to the CBTC TOD. “ファイル”から”転送”をクリックする。

6. 転送データの”本体プログラム”を選択する。

7. “通信設定”をクリックする。 Click “Communication Setting.”

8. “通信ポート”より”Ethernet”を選択し、IP アドレスに”IP アドレス”を設定し、OK をクリックする。 Select “Ethernet” in “Communication Port,” and enter “IP Address” in “IP address.” And then, click OK. IP アドレス: 5 章のステップ 4 で書き留めた IP アドレス

IP Address: IP address checked in Step 4 of Section 5.

CBTC TOD の default IP address は 10.133.12.99

9. “転送方法”から”PC→”をクリックする。 Click “PC->” in “Transfer Method.”

10. “UHK00170.prg”を選択し、”開く”をクリックする。 Select “UHK00170.prg” and click “Open.”

このファイルは、標準フォルダに V-SFT をインストールした場合、以下のフォルダに存在します。この手順で操 作した場合、Default で以下フォルダが指定されます。

11. 本体データが転送されるので数秒待つ。(TOD の画面には”Transferring Data”が点滅する)

Display System Program Transfer of Display System Program is started. Wait for a few minutes. (“Transferring Data” blinks on TOD screen.)

12. 本体データの転送が完了すると上記のプログレスバーのダイアログボックスが自動で閉じる。 Upon transfer of Display System Program, the progress-bar dialog box is closed.

これで本体データの転送は完了。

Display System Program transfer is completed.

13. PC の IP アドレスの設定を元に戻す。

4.3. 画面データの転送 Transferring Screen Data to the CBTC TOD 1. Ethernet ケーブルを PC と CBTC TOD のコネクタに接続する。

Connect the Ethernet cable to the connectors of the PC and the CBTC TOD.

2. TOD の IP アドレスを確認する。(確認方法は 5 章を参照) Check the IP address of the TOD. (Refer to Sections 5)

3. PC の IP アドレスを変更する。(設定方法は 4.1 章のステップ 5 からステップ 9 を参照) Change the IP address of the PC as follows. (Refer to Steps 5 to 9 of Sections 4.1.)

4. 画面データを TOD へ転送する。

Transfer screen data to the TOD as follows:

ツールバーから”ファイル”を選択し、”転送”をクリックする。 Click “File” in the toolbar and then “Transfer.”

5. 転送データの”画面データ”を選択する Select “Screen Data” in “Transfer Data.”

6. “通信設定”をクリックする。 Click “Communication Setting.”

7. “通信ポート”より”Ethernet”を選択し、IP アドレスに”IP アドレス”を設定し、OK をクリックする。 Select “Ethernet” in “Communication Port,” and enter “IP Address” in “IP address.” And then, click OK. IP アドレス: 5 章のステップ 4 で書き留めた IP アドレス

IP Address: IP address checked in Step 4 of Section 5.

CBTC TOD の default IP address は 10.133.12.99

8. 転送方法の”PC→”をクリックする。 Click “PC->” in “Transfer Method.”

9. 画面データが転送されるので数分待つ。(TOD の画面には”Transferring Data”が点滅する)

11. PC の IP アドレスの設定を元に戻す。

5. TOD のシステム画面への遷移方法 Switching to TOD System Screen

If you want to change the IP address of the TOD, switch to System Screen on the TOD.

1. TOD の電源が入っている状態で下記の２ボタンを同時に 5 秒間押し続ける。 Touch and hold the following two buttons for 5 seconds, with the TOD powered on. 注意： 一番右側のボタンと輝度調整 Down の右隣のボタン

Note: The rightmost button, and a button to the right of the brightness adjustment Down button.

2. TOD のシステム画面のメインメニューへ遷移ので、メインメニューボタンを押下する。Main menu of the TOD System Screen is displayed. Touch the Main Menu button.

3. メニューボタンが表示されるので、Ethernet ボタンを押下する。 Menu buttons are displayed. Touch the Ethernet button.

4. Ethernet の設定画面へ遷移する。 Ethernet setting screen is displayed.

TOD に設定されている IP アドレスが表示されるので、ここに表示された IP アドレスを記録(メモ)する。 IP address set on TOD is displayed. Write down the displayed IP address.

IP アドレスが下記と異なる場合はステップ 5 で TOD の IP アドレスを変更する。

When an IP address differs from the following, the IP address of TOD is changed at Step 5. ・CBTC TOD の default IP address は 10.133.12.99

5. TOD の IP アドレスを変更する (デフォルト IP アドレスと異なる場合のみ )

Change the IP address of TOD (Only when default IP address differ)

EDIT button を押下する。 Touch the EDIT button.

IP アドレスを設定するテンキーが表示されるので、テンキーで IP アドレスを設定する。IP アドレスを設定し たら、設定完ボタンを押下する。これで IP アドレスの設定は完了。

A numerical keypad is displayed. Set an IP address by using the numerical keypad. And then, touch the “Setting Finished” button. The IP address is set successfully.

・CBTC TOD の default IP address は 10.133.12.99 Default IP address of the CBTC TOD is 10.133.12.99 ・(non-CBTC TOD の default IP address は 10.133.12.90)

6. TOD のシステム画面のメインメニューへ遷移するので、メインメニューボタンを押下する。 Main menu of the TOD System Screen is displayed. Touch the Main Menu button.

7. メニューボタンが表示されるので、RUN ボタンを押下する。 Menu buttons are displayed. Touch the RUN button.

8. TOD 画面に“Data Loading …”が表示されるので、数秒待つ。

“Data Loading …” is displayed on the TOD screen. Wait for a few seconds.

Data Loading が終了後、R188 の画面へ戻る。
