鴨井 悠(Yutaka Kamoi) 明石 均(Hitoshi Akashi) 井上 末富(Suetomi Inoue) 要旨 : 工場建設に関連して布設する電力および弱電線路等の保護管は,地盤沈下を考慮した十分 な強度を有するものでなければならない。当社で開発した「拡管装置」を用いた鋼管接合 法と従来からの接合法とを比較検討した結果,弱電線路保護管には今回新たに開発した「接 着剤を使用した拡管継手工法」がソケット継手(ネジ継手)以上の強度を有することはも ちろん,作業性も良く経済的に非常に有利な工法であることがわかり,当社千葉製鉄所の 第6高炉を中心とする西工場の軟弱地盤における上記保護管の布設時に本工法を採用した。 Synopsis :

A protection pipe for electric wires needs sufficient strength in consideration of possible ground settlement. The new pipe expanding joint using adhesive has proved to be strong and economical enough for the protection of pipe in the recently reclaimed land at West Plant of Chiba Works, showing much higher strength than the conventional socket joint. The end of protection pipe is satisfactorily expanded with a portable expansion device developed by Kawasaki Steel Corp.
