This patrol team is formed by local residents who know well about our community. It has been operated since October 2004. Each member makes use of their spare time walking or cycling in the city to keep a watch on the surroundings even those alleys.

Midnight patrolling has been implemented in Kichijōji area. This patrolling is proposed at Kichijōji Emergency Safety Management Meeting aiming at improving the security of living environment and strengthening city safety.
