10⽉29⽇更新サインインをしないとドローに名前が⼊らず、試合に参加出来ません。ご注意ください。
各⾃試合前までにディレクターデスクにて参加料の⽀払いを済ませてください。
※初⽇は混みあうことが予想されます。時間に余裕を持ってお越しください。

参加される選⼿は2週間前より健康チェックシートを毎⽇記録し、
保護者署名の上、ディレクターに提出する義務があります。
オンラインエントリーをしていない選⼿でも、予選枠に空きがある場合は予選サインの⽇に受付をすれば参加が可能です

【WC選⼿】
WCの選⼿はサインインの必要はありません。※オンラインエントリーをしないWC選⼿はドローで初めて名前が載ります。
前⽇発表されるOPを確認し、⾃⾝の試合前までに参加料の⽀払いを済ませてください。
【 Doubles 】
ダブルスは、⼤会本部での受付となります。ダブルスのサインイン締め切りは11⽉24⽇（⽔）正午です。
→ シングルス出場の選⼿は、ダブルス参加料は不要です。

【 Withdrawal 】
オンラインウィズドロー期限以降、やむを得ず出場できなくなった場合は最終ページの専⽤フォームを使⽤し、

※本戦・予選当⽇は混雑が予想されますので時間に余裕をもってお越しください。
シングルス出場の選⼿は、ダブルスの参加料は不要です。

【 Practice courts 】
21⽇予選前⽇、13:00より練習コートを開放します（ディレクターデスク受付）
22⽇以降の練習コートに関しては各⽇程OP発表時に併せてお知らせします。
※進⾏状況によりますが、宿泊者を対象に練習コートの確保を優先して⾏う場合があります。
Practice court will be open from 13:00 on 21th the day before qualifying.

サインイン締切後（18:00以降）発表されます。
掲⽰周辺の密を避けるため、⼤会HPからご確認ください。
ドローに⼊れなかった場合でも、予選当⽇の⽋場LL（ラッキールーザー）があります。

【 COVID-19 / コロナ対策について 】
● 会場となるClub Verde へ出⼊りする選⼿／関係者は2週間前より体温、健康チェックを⾏い、
誓約書にサイン（保護者と本⼈）をした上で会場⼊りをする
● ⼤会運営／レフェリー／審判員は⼤会前にPCR 検査、もしくはワクチン接種（2回）を済ませる
● 朝／昼／晩、⽇々の検温、体調チェックを徹底する
● 選⼿は基本1部屋に最⼤2〜4⼈、部屋の往来禁⽌、規則を守れなかった時点で即失格、帰宅
● Verde に宿泊しない選⼿は、必要時以外は館内に⼊らない

Please only send this withdrawal form if the freeze deadline for the tournament has passed. If the freeze deadline has not yet passed, you must make this withdrawal online via IPIN.
If the freeze deadline has passed, you must send this withdrawal form to the ITF Tournament
Supervisor (NOT Tournament Director) via email or fax, AND to [email protected]. You can also fax it to +44 (0) 208 392 4735.
All Withdrawals MUST be made online via IPIN (https://ipin.itftennis.com) or on this form. A withdrawal will count as a Late Withdrawal if it comes after the Withdrawal Deadline, and you may receive
suspension points for it.
