スパへ直接お越し頂くか内線で、事前にトリートメントの予約をして頂けますようお願い致します。 Please reserve your treatment(s) in advance by visiting our spa or by dialling the spa extension at your convenience.
開始時間の 5 分前までにはスパへお越しください。宝飾品はスパにお越しになる前に外して頂き、スパ のロッカーにも貴重品を置かないようご注意下さい。
Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment time. We kindly advise that you remove all jewellery prior to your arrival at the spa. Please do not leave valuables in your locker.
スパにお越しになられましたら受付をお済ませください。エステシャンが予約の確認と施術前の説明を させて頂きます。
Upon arrival at the spa, please proceed directly to the reception counter. Our Spa hostess will re-confirm and briefly explain your scheduled treatments.

Depending on the type of treatment(s) you have chosen, you may be asked to fill out our Spa Health Questionnaire. Please take the time to answer all questions thoroughly and alert our Spa hostess to any medical concerns and – or physical ailments you may have.
ボディートリートメントの際は全ての衣服をお脱ぎ下さい。バスローブまたはパレオをお渡し致します。 エステシャンはお客様のプライバシーを隠すよう十分に訓練されておりますが、抵抗がある場合には水 着の着用をお勧め致します。
For your ease and comfort, we ask that you disrobe completely for your body treatment(s). A bath robe or a pareo will be provided for your use. Our staff is trained to appropriately drape you for your privacy. However, should you not wish to do so, may we suggest you wear a swimsuit.
トリートメントルームにはシャワー又はバスタブがあり、多くのメニューにはシャワーやバスをご利用 頂く時間が含まれております。タオルはご用意しております。メニューは全身を湿らせることで終了致 します。
Most of our treatment rooms are equipped with a shower or bath. Most treatments and packages include a brief period where you will be left alone to enjoy your shower or bath. Fresh towels will be provided for your use after bathing. Your treatment or package normally concludes with a whole body moisturizer application.
妊娠 3 カ月以内の方はボディーマッサージを受けることは出来ません。ご妊娠中の方はメニューをお決
めになる際にエステシャンとご相談をして頂けますようお願い致します。
Pregnancy: no body massage under 3 month pregnancy. You may want to avoid treatments using deep pressure. Please inform our Spa hostess of your condition upon scheduling your treatment so that we can assist you in selecting the treatment(s) which are the most appropriate for you.

スパへはお早めにお越しください。ご予約の時間に遅れた場合でも終了時間をずらすことは出来ません。 Arriving late will shorten your Spa treatment(s). Remember, your treatment(s) must end on time to prevent further delays, regardless of how late you start.
17 歳以下のお客様はご利用頂けません。18 歳以上の方はご利用頂けますが、未成年の方は親の同伴また は免責同意書へのサインが必要となります。また年齢を証明出来るものをご持参下さい。
Spa guests must be 18 years of age. Minors may have treatment(s) but must be accompanied by parent or have a signed waiver. Proof of age may be required.
喫煙及び飲酒は出来ません。またスパ施術の 8 時間前以降のアルコールの摂取はお控えください。 Smoking and alcoholic beverages are not permitted in the Spa. It is recommended that you refrain from consuming alcohol within 8 hours of your treatment.
スパは平穏でリラックスできる場所です。他の方に迷惑のかかる行動はお控えください。また、携帯電 話、ミュージックプレイヤー、その他の電子機器などのご利用は禁止されております。
Our Spa environment is one of tranquillity and relaxation. So please respect the right to peace and privacy for other Spa guests. The use of cellular phones, walkman and other electronic devices is prohibited within the Spa.
ご利用開始時間の 6 時間前以降のキャンセル及び変更、またお見えになられない場合には、キャンセル 料として全額のトリートメント料金がかかります。ご注意下さい。
A minimum of 6 hour notice for cancellation or change of appointment is required to avoid being charged in full for any scheduled appointment, program or service which is not attended.
