小径厚肉電縫鋼管の成形技術

Forming Technique of Small-Diameter and Heavy-Wall ERW Tubes

杉 江 善 典(Yoshinori Sugie) 渡辺 修三(Shuzo Watanabe) 南谷 昭次郎(Shojiro Minamiya) 豊岡 高明(Takaaki Toyooka) 星 清政(Kiyomasa Hoshi) 井手 武 (Takeshi Ide) 要旨 : 最近の小径電縫鋼管の厚肉化,高t/D(肉厚/外径)化の傾向に対応し,t/D が 20%の鋼管の製 造を目標として,ロールフラワーと高t/D 材成形特性との関係を調査し,成形荷重,管外面 曲率,成形中の厚さ変化挙動などを明らかにした。また,これに基き,高t/D 材の寸法精度 の向上を図り,同一ロールで広い肉厚範囲にわたり成形可能なロールカリバーを検討した。 これらの成形技術を用いて,60.5mmφ×12.0mmt の鋼板を精度よく成形し,良好な溶接品 質を得ることができた。 Synopsis :

Recently, the demand for small diameter ERW tubes tends to increase in the sphere of heavy-wall and high-t/D (wall thickness/outside diameter) ones. Responding to this tendency, and aiming at the production of tubes which t/D ratio equals to 20%, the authors have investigated and clarified the relation between roll flower and forming characteristics - forming load, outside curvature, change of wall thickness, etc. - of high-t/D tubes. On the basis of this information, improvements have been made in the accuracy of dimensions of high-t/D tubes and in the roll caliber which can give a wide range of wall thickness using the same roll. These forming techniques have realized accurate forming and excellent welding quality.
