Registration process
The visitors who want to meet you and prepare their visit with Meeting Manager complete a registra-tion form. At the end of this registraregistra-tion, an email is sent to you with the informaregistra-tion about the visitor to help you to take accept or refuse the meeting.This email indicates the name of the visitor and a contact .
