Types of Tickets
乗車券の種類 高速バスは全席指定制です。乗車停留所から降車停留所までの乗車券を購入してください。 乗車券の種類は以下のとおりです。 ① Types of tickets チケットの種類○ One-way ticket ―A ticket for a one-way trip.
片道乗車券 片道でご利用いただく場合の乗車券です。
○ Round-trip discount ticket ―A discount ticket for passengers who will be travelling the same route in both directions.
往復乗車券 同じ区間を往復でご利用いただく場合の割引乗車券です。
○ Earlybird ticket
早売乗車券
ご出発の各数字（例：早売○○）の日数前までにご購入いただく割引商品です。
Ex. An "Earlybird 1" ticket can be purchased up to 1 day before the departure date. *Not available for all routes. Seats limited.
例） 早売１は、ご出発日の１日前までに「早売１」を指定してご購入期限となります。 ※設定のない路線がございます。また、座席数に限りがございます。
② Adult and child fares
大人と小児の区分
12歳以上は大人運賃、6歳～12歳未満は小児運賃（大人運賃の半額）です。
○ Small children and infants (up to the age of 6) travel for free if seated with another child or adult. If your small child or infant will sit in a separate seat, please purchase a child fare ticket for them.
幼児（6歳未満のお子様）が大人または小児と１つの座席で一緒に座る場合には幼児１名様は無料です。座席を別々にご利用される場合は小児運賃を申し受けます。

○ JAPAN RAIL PASS
*Cannot be used on express buses.
ジャパンレールパスのご提示で、路線バス（落出～松山間、土佐山田～大栃間）をご利用いただけます。※高速バスではご利用いただけ
○ ALL SHIKOKU Rail Pass
オール四国レールパスのご提示で、松山～高知間の高速バスが大人片道1,000円でご利用いただけます。
―Can be used to ride express buses between Matsuyama and Kochi at a reduced adult one-way fare of 1,000 yen.
All express buses are reserved seating only.Please purchase a ticket for the route between the stop where you will be getting on and the stop where you will be getting off. The different types of tickets are as described below.
―A discount ticket that can be purchased up to a certain number of days in advance of departure (Ex. Earlybird ○○).
○ An adult fare must be paid for passengers aged 12 and over. A child fare may be paid for children between the ages of 6 and 12 (half of an adult fare).
―Can be used to ride buses on fixed routes (between Ochide and Matsuyama/between Tosa-Yamada and Otochi).
Reservation and Ticketing Procedures
乗車券の予約発券方法 高速バスの乗車券は、当社の窓口、インターネット（一部路線を除く）で購入いただけます。全席指定制ですので、出発時刻までに予め乗車券をご購入ください。 ① Purchasing online インターネット購入 発車オーライネットサイトに会員登録すると、クレジットカード決済で購入いただけます。（一部購入いただけない路線がございます。）○ Select your starting point using the map.

Express bus tickets can be purchased at JR Shikoku Bus ticket offices or online (excluding some routes).All express buses are reserved seating only. Be sure to purchase your tickets well in advance of your departure
Once you have registered as a member on the "HASSHA ALRIGHT NET" website, you will be able to purchase tickets using a credit card. (Some routes not available)

① Boarding the bus

○Be sure to arrive at the bus stop well ahead of your departure time.

バス車内○Check your seat number carefully before sitting down in your assigned seat. 座席番号を確認の上、指定された場所にお座りください。

座席においてはシートベルトの着用が法令により義務付けられております。走行中はお客様の安全のためにシートベルトの着用をお願いいたします。
荷物は重さ10キログラム、総容積0.3メートル立方、長さ1メートル以内のものは車内（トランクルーム含む）へお持ちいただけます。

○Luggage taken on board (including items stowed in the luggage compartment) may be a maximum of 10 kg in weight, 0.3 cubic meters in total volume, and 1 meter in length.
○It is mandated by law that you keep your seatbelt fastened while seated. To protect your safety and that of other passengers, always keep your seatbelt fastened when the bus is moving.

Changing or Canceling a Ticket
乗車券の変更及び払戻し 乗車券に記載された出発時刻までに窓口にお越しいただくと、変更・払戻しができます。出発時刻を過ぎると乗車券は無効となりますので、変更・払戻しはできません。 また、インターネットで購入された場合等、一部当社窓口で変更・払戻しできないものもございます。 ①Changing a ticket 乗車変更 窓口で１回に限り無手数料で変更できます。変更できる内容は以下のとおりです。ただし、早売乗車券は１回払戻しとなりますので、手数料がかかります。・A different date of departure

Earlybird ticket
You may change or cancel your ticket if you bring it to the ticket office before the departure time printed on the ticket. After the departure time, your ticket becomes invalid and cannot be changed or refunded.
In some cases, tickets purchased online, etc. cannot be changed or refunded at JR Shikoku Bus ticket offices.
You may change your ticket at the ticket office only once free of charge. The kinds of changes you can make are listed below. Please note that Earlybird tickets must be refunded before making changes, which will incur a
A refund fee will be deducted from your refund at the ticket office. If your ticket was purchased using a credit card, please bring that card with you to the ticket office.
*The refund fee is 100 yen, except in the case of Dream (between Shikoku and Tokyo) and Olive (between Nagoya and Matsuyama/Takamatsu/Tokushima) buses, which are as listed below.

途中下車された場合は運送は終了したものとみなし、不乗区間について払戻しのお取扱いはございません。また、いったん降りたところから再びご乗車できません。

If you miss the bus you have purchased a ticket for, your ticket becomes invalid and you must purchase a new one. However, you may board a later bus on the same route within the same day if there are a reasonable number of open seatsand the conductor determines that boarding an extra passenger/extra passengers will not interfere with service. (*Not applicable if the ticket was purchased online)You may not reserve a seat in advance under these circumstances. As a result, they do not apply if you miss the last bus of the day or there are no later buses that day.
乗り遅れた乗車券は基本として無効となり、新たに乗車券を購入いただきます。ただし、お客様が当日中の同じ路線で乗車されたい後続便の座席に相当数の余裕があり、乗務員が 遅れたお客様にご乗車いただいても支障がないと判断した場合に限ってご乗車いただけます。（※インターネットで乗車券を購入した場合を除く）
この場合、予め座席予約はいたしません。このため、最終便に遅れた場合や当日中に後続便のない場合は適用できません。
If you get off before the stop designated on your ticket, your trip is considered to be completed and you may not be refunded for the unused portion of the route on your ticket. You may not get off the bus and then reboard.
