覚王 山 日泰 寺 所 蔵折本写本 (日泰 寺 本) と 水牛寺所蔵 折 本写 本 (水 牛 寺本 )の 比較研 究 田 辺 和 子 名古屋 市 所 在の 覚 王 山 日泰寺に は,タ イ 国王 室か ら分骨さ れ た イ ン ド ピブラ ーワ ーで ペ ッ ペ に よっ て発見 さ れた仏 舎利が納め ら れてい る。 仏舎利奉迎の 際 に タイ 国王 ラマ 五 世 か ら贈 ら れ た 仏像 と仏足 跡 も 安置さ れ て い る。 そ れ に加え て 日泰寺に はタイ国か ら贈ら れ た写 本が所 蔵さ れ て い る。 その写本力 タロ グは, 柏 原信 行氏に よっ て 『パーリ学 仏教 文 化学』 第 14号に報告さ れて い る。 本稿で は こ の カ タログ を も とに重要 写本, そ れの カ ヴァ ー,入 れ物の影 印 と写 本 の大 き さ,ナン バ ーを 加 えて報告 し た。 そ して その中か ら プラマ ーラ イ ・クロ ーン ス ア ッ ト と呼 ばれ る プラマ ーラ イの絵付折 本紙写 本 (日 泰 寺本)を 選 んで,タイ 国の 18世 紀前半 作 製の 水 牛 寺 (Wat Hua Krabu )所蔵の 絵付 折本紙写本 (水
牛 寺本 )と比較対 照 し,そ の 同異を述べ , タイの サ ム ッ トコ ーイ と呼 ばれ る葬
