electromagnetic diaphragm air pumps with the

name of HIBLOW in1967. Since that time

平成17年度から3年間にわたり、NEDO（独立行政法人新エネルギ

ー・産業技術総合開発機構）による委託事業「固体高分子形燃料電

池実用化戦略的技術開発」に参加し、家庭用燃料電池システムに搭

載する高効率、高耐久性を有する都市ガス・LPGの昇圧用ブロワ【G

−01】の開発に成功しました。

これにより、家庭用燃料電池システムの市場化に大きく貢献しました。

この他、家庭用燃料電池システムに搭載する空気ブロワに対応する

専用品を自社開発しており、

「HIBLOW FC」のラインナップを拡充

させていきます。

TECHNO TAKATSUKI participated in a project called the Strategic Development of Polymer Electrolyte Fuel Cell（PEFC）Technologies for Practical Application commissioned by the New Energy and Industrial Technology Development Organization（NEDO）for three years from the 2005 fiscal year. As a result, TECHNO TAKATSUKI succeeded in the development of the G-01, which is a highly efficient and durable city gas and LPG pressure-rising blower that can be incorporated into the home-use fuel cell system.

This contributed to the marketing of the home-use fuel cell system. In addition, TECHNO TAKATSUKI developed a dedicated air blower to be incorporated into the home-use fuel cell system, thus expanding the HIBLOW FC lineup.

In 1967, TECHNO TAKATSUKI introduced an unique technology of constructing an air pump which incorporates rubber diaphragms in linear reciprocating movement driven by electromagnetic force. At that time, nobody imagined that the current TECHNO TAKATSUKI's HIBLOW pumps might have such higher capability along with higher reliable level.

With repeated improvements in the materials and mechanisms, TECHNO TAKATSUKI have introduced more than 10 million Linear air pumps to the market since then, thus responding to customers' demand.

Today, while a better global environment is called for, TECHNO TAKATSUKI's HIBLOW pumps are contributing to the effluent treatment of homes and the health-oriented products.

Furthermore, TECHNO TAKATSUKI is aiming at the establishment of the world of Airtronics to control air freely with highly advanced computer technology.

The market for air application is expanding in front of us with infinite possibility such as fuel-cell systems as new energy system in future, air pumps which are loaded on automobile with higher reliability, robot applications which require more precise control, etc.

Company History 昭和22年 4 月 創業者川闢友正、大阪府高槻市において 高槻電機製作所を創業。 昭和26年 2 月 松下電器産業株式会社へモータ供給開始。 昭和31年 1 月 株式会社組織に改め、株式会社高槻電機製作所を設立。 昭和32年 4 月 大阪府寝屋川市に香里工場を開設。 昭和36年 1 月 本社及び高槻工場を現在地に移転・拡張。 昭和36年10月 滋賀県蒲生郡日野町に日野工場を開設。 昭和40年 9 月 小型電動機製造事業者の通産省登録認可を受ける。 昭和42年 1 月 滋賀県高島郡安曇川町に高島工場を開設。 昭和42年 2 月 HIBLOW エアーポンプ第一号機「DP−6F」誕生 交流電動機等応用機器類製造事業者の通産省登録認可 を受ける。 昭和47年10月 浄化槽用エアーポンプを開発し松下電工株式会社へ供 給開始。 昭和54年12月 川闢 望 代表取締役社長に就任。 昭和61年 7 月 東京営業所を東京都千代田区神田に開設。 昭和62年10月 本社及び高槻工場の新社屋竣工。 昭和62年12月 資本金1,700万円に増資する。 昭和63年 6 月 資本金3,400万円に増資する。 平成 3 年 4 月 東京営業所を東京都町田市に移転。 平成 5 年 1 月 創業45周年を機にCIを導入。 社名を株式会社テクノ高槻に改める。 平成 5 年 3 月 資本金4,760万円に増資する。 平成 5 年 6 月 韓国ソウル市に株式会社コ−リアタカツキを設立。 平成 5 年 7 月 高島工場の新工場竣工。 平成 7 年12月 コ−リアタカツキを仁川に移転・拡張。 平成 7 年12月 本社・高槻工場にて「ISO9001」認証取得。 平成 8 年10月 フィリピンテクノタカツキ設立。 ハイブロー生産300万台達成。 平成 9 年 4 月 創業50周年を迎える。 平成10年 1 月 資本金7,760万円に増資する。 平成11年 4 月 日野工場・高島工場にて「ISO9002」認証取得。 平成12年10月 本社・国内全工場（サイト）にて「ISO14001」認証取得 平成12年11月 松下電器産業株式会社へのモータ供給終結。 国内製造拠点を日野工場に集約 平成13年11月 本社・日野工場にて「ISO9001：2000年版」への移行 平成14年 1 月 アメリカ営業拠点「HIBLOW USA INC.」を設立 平成14年 1 月 フィリピンテクノタカツキ工場拡張

「HIBLOW EUROPE Paris/Madrid」開設 平成16年12月 「HIBLOW PHILIPPINES INC.」(HPI)を設立。 平成17年 1 月 ハイブロー生産700万台達成。 平成17年 2 月 コーリアタカツキでの生産を終了して販売拠点とし、社 名を「HIBLOW KOREA」に変更。 平成17年 8 月 NEDOの家庭用燃料電池システム技術開発プロジェク トに参加。 平成18年 1 月 ハイブロー生産800万台達成。 平成18年 2 月 東京営業所を現在地に移転・拡張。 平成20年 4 月 創業60周年を迎える。 平成20年12月 PTTIをHPIに統合。

1947 April Tomomasa Kawasaki founded original company, Takatsuki Electric Mfg. in Takatsuki, Osaka prefecture. 1951 February Started to supply motor for Matsushita

Electric Industrial Co., Ltd. 1956 January Reorganized as a limited company,

Takatsuki Electric Mfg Co., Ltd. 1957 April Kori Factory opened in Neyagawa, Osaka

prefecture.

1961 January Head Office and Takatsuki Factory moved for expansion at present site.

1961 October Hino Factory opened in Hino-cho, Gamoh, Shiga prefecture.

1965 September Official recognition by Ministry of International Trade and Industry as a manufacturer of small electro-motors. 1967 January Takasima Factory opened in Adogawa-cho,

Takashima, Shiga prefecture.

1967 February Launch of first HIBLOW air pump "DP-6F". Official recognition by Ministry of International Trade and Industry as a manufacturer of applied AC devices. 1972 October Developed the air pump for waste water

treatment system and started to supply them to Matsushita Electric Works, Ltd. 1979 December Nozomu Kawasaki took office as President

and CEO.

1986 July Tokyo Branch set up in Kanda, Chiyoda-ku. 1987 October New construction for Head Office and

Takatsuki Factory completed. 1987 December Capitalization raised to JPY 17 million. 1988 June Capitalization raised to JPY 34 million. 1991 April Tokyo Branch moved to Machida. 1993 January On the 45th anniversary of the company

'CI' was introduced and the company name was changed to Techno Takatsuki Co.,Ltd.

1993 March Capitalization raised to JPY 47.6 million. 1993 June Established subsidiary KOREA TAKATSUKI

INC. in Seoul.

1993 July New factory building at Takashima Factory

1995 December Head office and Takatsuki factory got certification of "ISO-9001".

1996 October Established subsidiary PHILIPPINE TECHNO TAKATSUKI INC. 3 millionth "HIBLOW" pump produced. 1997 April 50th anniversary of the company. 1998 January Capitalization raised to JPY 77.6 million. 1999 April Hino Factory and Takashima Factory got

certification of "ISO-9002".

2000 October Head offfice and all the Factory sites in Japan got certification of "ISO-14001". 2000 November Finished to supply motor for Matsushita

Electric Industrial Co., Ltd.

Integrated domestic base for production in Hino Factory.

2001 November Head office and Hino factory got certification of "ISO-9001/2000 version". 2002 January Established "HIBLOW USA INC."for sales

in America.

2002 January Extended factory "PHILIPPINE TECHNO TAKATSUKI INC."

2002 October 6 millionth "HIBLOW" pump produced. 2003 April 55th anniversary of the company. 2003 April Established "HIBLOW EUROPE

Paris/Madrid" for sales in Europe. 2004 December "HIBLOW PHILIPPINES INC." (HPI) is

established.

2005 January Achieved 7 million production of "HIBLOW" pumps.

2005 February Production at Korea Takatsuki has been concluded and become sales base. Name of the company has been changed to "Hiblow Korea".

2005 August Participated NEDO project for "Technical development of booster pump for home use fuel cell system".

2006 January Achieved 8 million production of "Hiblow" pumps.

2006 February Tokyo branch moved to new place and office space was expanded.
