In-Line QC 生産ラインチェック
In line QC is done by Production manage, Technical leader .
工場の生産ラインに監督者をおき、技術リーダーと生産マネージャーによって何かしらの間違いがな いかどうか絶えずに確認をしています。
Size Check サイズチェック
Productions in the factory are constantly checked by Line supervisor and modify the size if any faults found.
生産ラインごとに一定の間隔でサイズの確認をしていきます。
Quality Check 品質チェック
We had a strong team for QC consist of 8 persons. They check all the possible check list of the finished items and rejects if any fault found.
品質チェックチームを 8 人で構成して確認作業を行っています。もし何らかの間違いがあった場合 には、そのアイテムを確実に取り除いていきます。
Needle Check & Management 検針
We have belt conveyer Type Needle Check Machine and we check finished products in 2 steps.
Step 1: After complete the sewing
Step 2: After finishing and product to the poly-pac, we check again.
Beside this, we have Needle management linked with Store to manage broken needle to prevent any needle mixed with products.

Compliance Certification コンプライアンス保証
The factory will start working on the quality and compliance certification process aiming to achieve the certificates like ISO-9000, BSCI and SEDEX. The full process will be started soon. 工場では ISO-9000,BSCI,SEDEX のような質とコンプライアンス保証制度を設ける予定です。

We generally attached with Japanese companies like TAIYO, RunGoods, Muratac and others with running orders and development. As well we are looking for EU and USA customer development. 私たちは通常受注生産を行っており、日本のラングッド、ムラタック、またその他企業からオーダー を請け負っています。またヨーロッパやアメリカからの顧客も受けております。
