An Adaptive Transmission Control Scheme with Multi-code Multiplexing in MIMO-MC-CDMA System

MC-CDMA system and MIMO system have been attracting attention as broadband wireless transmission system. This paper deals with new adaptive transmission control of MC-CDMA in MIMO system. This paper proposes the multi-code multiplexing control to achieve the high quality and high throughput transmission. In the proposed system, the link quality estimation based on pseudo error is employed to estimate the bit error rate (BER) accurately over frequency-selective fading channel. The pseudo error method is effective to estimate the BER which depends on not only the noise but also the inter-code interference. The simulation result shows that the proposed system is useful for high quality and high throughput transmission.
