ＦＦパートナーシップ協定

「わたしらしく、暮らせるまち。」を基本コンセプ

トに、子育て、住まい・暮らし、働く、学ぶ、健

康など、女性や子育て世代、働く世代の多様な

ライフスタイルを応援する施策・事業を展開し

ています。

Based on the concept of “A city that I can live in, in a style that I can call my own,” policy measures and projects are developed to provide support for the diverse lifestyles of women, parenting population, and working population in aspects such as childcare, accommodations and lifestyle, career, study, and health.

FF Meeting

The “FF Meeting” is a space that gives form to various ideas on improving the city. Realistic views and feedback will be refl ected back into the urban development and policy measures established by Toshima City.

“FF” is the abbreviation for “Female/Family Friendly.”

2016年9月、ワークスタイル変革の取り組みを地域全体に広

げていくことをめざし、区内の企業・大学等66団体と「とし

まイクボス宣言」を行いました。この宣言に参画した企業等と

個別に「FFパートナーシップ協定」を締結し、女性や子育て世

代・働く世代をメインターゲットとする様々な事業を公民連

携・協働で進めていきます。

FF Partnership Agreement

In September 2016, with the aim of expanding the working style reform initiative across the entire region, the Toshima IkuBoss Declaration was established with 66 organizations in Toshima City, including corporations and universities. The organizations that are party to this declaration sign the FF Partnership Agreement. Under the Agreement, the public and private sectors collaborate on various projects targeted at women, and the parenting and working populations.

Toshima Kishimojin Project

This project provides seamless parenting support from before pregnancy, such as support for the formulation of life plans for individual women.

子育てインフォメーション

20 ～ 30歳代の女性を中心とする「としまF1会議」からの

提案を受けて、新庁舎内に開設。子育てナビゲーターが様々

な相談に対応します。

Parenting information service

In response to a proposal received from the Toshima F1 Conference, which focuses on women in their 20s and 30s, a parenting information service has been established in the new City Office. “Parenting Navigators” respond to consultations about various topics.

待機児童ゼロへの挑戦

子育てしながら働く世代のニーズに応え、待機児童対策を最重点課題に位置づけ、認可保

育園の整備を加速し、2017年4月1日現在、待機児童ゼロを達成しました。

Taking up the challenge of reducing the number of children on school waiting lists to zero

Measures to reduce the number of children on school waiting lists is positioned as a top priority, in order to meet the needs of the generation that is working while raising children at the same time. The development of certii ed nursery schools has accelerated, and the aim of reducing the number of children on school waiting lists to zero has been achieved as of April 1, 2017.
