Development policy for tea industry and the formation of policy networks in
South Korea:
On the case of Gyeongnam Hadong tea producing area

Abstract: This study is aiming at examining development policy for tea industry and the formation of policynetworks in South Korea, through the case of Gyeongnam Hadong tea producing area.
Policy networks such as these of persons concerned tea ceremony or of tee growers are formed in the process of industrialization, from development policies for tea industry and area activation policies.
In both networks above in Gyeongnam Hadong tea producing area, there are lots of conflicts with in of tea industry policy networks. It is estimated that there are some factors of these conflicts in policy networks with in of tea industry. The object of this research is to clarify factors of conflicts in inside of tea industry policy networks.
This paper is a part of the study.
