RORA1 mRNA の発現とメチル化割合との相関

非癌部と比べて癌部において有意にメチル化割合が高かった群(非癌部<癌部)の RNAを抽

出し得た 14症例において、RORA1 プロモーターのメチル化の割合の比(癌部/非癌部)と、

癌部におけるRORA1 mRNAの発現(A)、またはmRNAの発現量の比(癌部/非癌部)(B)の

いずれも有意に逆相関した。(p=0.044, p=0.041)

大腸癌切除検体における、非癌部および癌部のRORA4 mRNAの発現を定量的RT-PCRに より解析した結果を示す。発現レベルはGAPDHを内部コントロールとして標準化した。

大腸癌の病期と癌部の RORA1 プロモーターのメチル化割合の関連

癌部と非癌部のメチル化割合に有意差のあった(非癌部<癌部)群 18 例について、各症例の病

期Ⅱ、病期Ⅲおよび病期Ⅳの癌部におけるメチル化割合を示す。各病期における癌部のメチル化

割合の平均値の差が統計的に有意かどうかを確かめるために、有意水準5%で両側検定のt検定を行

ったところ、病期Ⅱと病期Ⅲとでは、t (10)= 2.42, p =0.036 と有意差をみとめた。
