1. 緒言
女性が自己のプロポーションをより美しく見せようとするのは，古今東西普遍的な事柄である。
その時代や場所によって理想とするプロポーションは各々異なるかもしれないが，プロポーショ ンの美しさを追求しなかった時代はなかったと思う。特に現代では全ての面で豊かになり，自己 の体型に対する意識は大変高まっている[1-4]。若い女性は痩せたいという願望が強く，ダイエット 療法が次々と現れ，たいした成果が出なくても，廃れることがない。しかし，体型を簡単に変化 させることは困難なので，次に注目されるのは身体を被い隠す衣服である。衣服に関しては特別 努力を必要とせず，手軽で意外と効果的であると考えられる。前節3－1では，女子学生の体型に 対する意識と着装行動との関連について分析を行い，女子学生が下半身に対する悩みを多く持ち，
体型に対する満足度も低いということや，サイズと体型に対する悩みの有無や満足度，また，そ れらと着装行動などとの間に強い関連性があることを明らかにすることができた[5]。本研究の目 的は，女子学生の好む衣服のシルエットやデザインの傾向を明らかにするとともに，体型に対す る意識と衣服のコーディネイトとの関連について，調査をもとに明らかにすることである。
2. 方法
調査は，1987年12月上旬に，近畿圏の女子大学，女子短大に在学する満18歳から25歳まで の女子学生350人を対象に，Table 3-5～Table 3-8に示す質問による配票留置法で行った。質問紙 では，衣服のシルエット（Fig.3-16）やデザインなど用語だけでは理解しにくい項目は，絵を参考 に回答してもらった。有効回収数は320で，回収率は91.4%であった。調査項目は，基本属性，身 体サイズ，身体の各部位に対する悩みの有無（42項目），体型に対する満足度（4項目，5段階評 価），理想とする体型（24項目，形容詞対で5段階評価），着装行動（46項目，3段階評価），好き な衣服のシルエット，季節別での好きな衣服のデザイン，ならびに好きな衣服の色や柄である。
分析方法として，まず初めに調査結果を項目別に単純集計し，好みの衣服のシルエット，デザイ ン，丈，色ならびに柄を明らかにした。次に好みの衣服のシルエット，デザイン，丈，色，柄と号 数（バストによるサイズ），体型に対する悩みの有無，理想とする体型，体型に対する満足度など とのクロス集計を行い，2値及び Cr値をもとに相互の関連性を明らかにした。

3. 結果及び考察 3.1. 単純集計結果
Fig. 3-17 に示した衣服のシルエットに関しては，好きなシルエットと，細く見えると思われる
シルエットの傾向はよく似ており，プリンセス・シルエットやアワーグラス・シルエットなどタ イト型のフィット性の高いデザインが好まれている。また，嫌いなシルエットと太く見えると思 われるシルエットも同じ傾向で，A ライン・シルエットやビッグ・シルエットなど，ゆとりの大 きなデザインが敬遠される。つまり，少しでも細く見えるデザインが一般的に好まれていること が分かった。Fig. 3-18 に示した衣服のデザインに関しては，スーツ・ワンピースでは，春はこの 時期流行のシャネル・スーツ（45.1%）の人気が高く，入学式や入社式の影響もあると考えられる。
夏はやや大人っぽい体にフィットしたラップ・ドレス（29%）に人気があり，秋はアンサンブル・
スーツ（26.6%），冬はチュニック・スーツ（30.9%）が好まれている。全体的に落ち着いたシンプ ルなものに人気があり，子供っぽいものや，ギャザーの多いかわいいデザインは嫌われている。

T シャツ（18.2%） が好まれている。秋はシャツ・ブラウス（15.4%）に，プルオーバー ・セー
ター（12.9%），カーディガン（17.6%）が人気で，冬もプルオーバー ・セーター（30.1%）とフィ
ッシャマン・ニット（29.8%）などニット類に人気がある。上衣は，全般的にオーソドックスなデ ザインが好まれている。スカート・パンツ類では，オールシーズンを通してタイト・スカートが ， 圧倒的に人気が高いという結果が得られた。流行の影響も強いと思われるが，やはりシンプルな デザインを好む傾向がある。その他には，春と秋はプリーツ・スカート，夏はバミューダー・パ ンツ，冬はシガレット・パンツも人気がある。季節に応じてパンツスタイルも好まれているとい える。
Fig. 3-19示したスカート丈の好みに関しては，ノーマル丈（35.1%）とミニ丈（34.5%）がほぼ
同程度に好まれている。これはこの時期タイトミニが流行していた影響が強いと考えられる。し かし，実際に選んだ理由には，好きな丈である（40. 3%）とか，似合う丈である（31.4 %）と答え たものが多かった。Fig. 3-20の好きな衣服の色については，白（29. 2%）と黒（21.4%）が大変好 まれていて，次に，赤色系，紺色系，茶色系が好まれている。傾向としては，原色より無彩色が好 まれている。選んだ理由としては，好きな色（63.5%）と答えている人が多いという結果が得られ た。Fig. 3-21に示した好きな衣服の柄や柄の大きさに関しては，無地（44.2%）が大変好まれ，次 に格子柄（21.4%）に人気がある。柄の大きさも小柄の方が72%と好まれる傾向が強かった。

3.2. クロス集計結果
Fig. 3-22 は号数と衣服のシルエットの好みとのクロス集計結果を示したものである。2値や
Cr 値をみても明らかなように，好きなシルエットでは，7号サイズの人がアワーグラス・シルエ ット（11.8 %）を好んでいた。細く見えると思われるシルエットに関しては，11号サイズの人が，
7 号と 9 号サイズの人に比べてスリム・シルエットを選んでいる比率が高いといえる。嫌いなシ ルエットでは，9号サイズの人はビッグ・シルエットを35.8%と多く挙げている。太く見えると思 われるシルエットに関しては，11号サイズの人が7号と9号サイズの人よりもAライン・シルエ ットを選ぶ比率が高く，9号サイズの人は，7号と 11号サイズの人よりもエンパイア・シルエッ トを太く見えると考えている傾向がある。Fig. 3-23 は理想とする体型と衣服のシルエットの好み とのクロス集計結果を示したものである。好きなシルエットについて2値からも明らかなように 身長の高さに関する理想では，どのような理想を持っていても，アワーグラス・シルエットを一 番好んでいる。細く見えると思われるシルエットでは，太い体型を理想とする人以外は，皆似た 傾向である。また，細く見えると思われるシルエットでも，太い体型を理想とする人以外は，ビ ッグ・シルエットとエンパイア・シルエットを太く見えると考えている。嫌いなシルエットにつ いては，全般的にビッグ・シルエットを特に嫌いと考えており，次にAライン・シルエット，エ ンパイア・シルエットを嫌いと考えている。Fig. 3-24 は体型に対する満足度と衣服のシルエット の好みとのクロス集計結果を示したものである。好きなシルエットに関して体型の満足グループ は，アワーグラス・シルエット（42.2%）を好み，体型の不満足グループは満足グループに比べて，
スリム・シルエット（29.9 %）を好む傾向にある。Fig. 3-25 は号数と好きな衣服のデザインとの クロス集計結果を示したものである。2値をみても明らかなようにスーツ・ワンピースでは7号 と9号サイズの人が，春には特にシャネル・スーツ（62.3%，62.5%）を好み，秋にはアンサンブ ル・スーツ（38.5%，38.1%）を好む傾向にある。上衣の夏用は，すべてのサイズで比較的同傾向 にあり，スカート・パンツ類の冬ではサイズが大きい人程タイト・スカート（7号が32.9%，9号
が37.2%，11号が44.2%）を好むといえる。Fig. 3-26は体型に対する悩みの有無と好きな衣服の
デザインとのクロス集計結果を示したものである。腕が太いという悩みを持っていない人の方が，
夏に好んでタンク・トップ（21.5%）を着ている事がわかる。顔に関する悩みでは，顔が大きいと か，丸顔であるといった悩みを持つ人の方が，シャツ・ブラウス（49.3%，46 .8%）を好む傾向に ある。悩みが多かった下半身とデザインの関係では，ヒップが大きいとか，おなかが出ていると か，ふとももが太いなどの悩みを持っていない人の方がタイト・スカート（48.3%，44.4 %，39.8%）
を好んでいる。これは，タイト・スカートが体型をはっきり現しやすいことを示している。Fig. 3-27は着装行動と好きなテザインとのクロス集計結果を示したものである。すっきりしたシルエッ トの衣服を着るように心がけている人は，テーラード・スーツ（27%）を好み，逆に心がけていな い人は，チュニック・スーツ（50%）を好む。また，上下の衣服の組み合わせに気を配らないと答
