CTL技能試験の報告
The CTL decided to perform the Proficiency Test Programs already planned and did not recommend any new PTP Program for 2016 & 2017 because there are still outstanding PTPs from the last year to be finally developed and performed. Overview of PTPs at different stages of implementation.
CTLは、昨年決まった技能試験プログラムを実行することを決定しました。まだ行っていな い技能試験があるので、2016年と2017年向けの新しいPTPプログラムは推奨しません。
残っているPTPは下記の通りです。

CTL2: The CTL recommends to the CMC to implement the revision and merger of these two ODs (OD-5003 is OD 2024) with the resulting document being OD-2024.

CTL6: The CTL recommends to the CMC to approve the creation of a new OD-5014 to publish the requirements of DSH 251E.

CTL9: CTL supports the use and acceptance of the Hybrid TRF but proposes additional work on the document to ensure wide acceptance. CTL would like the CMC to implement further work on this document.

CTL10: CTL recommends to the CMC to approve the formation of a new ETF 15 covering high / medium voltage components coordination.

CTL11: CTL recommends to the CMC to approve the addition of this GMEE ETF task to that of ETF 7 while monitoring the activity of this program.
CTL11: CTLは、このプログラム(GMEE)の活動を監視しながら、ETF 7にGMEE ETFタスク の追加を承認する事をCMCに推奨します。
CTL12: The CTL would like to know CMC opinion on the possibility of making the MBs participation slots available to the CTL for allocation to meeting participants. If this is implemented by the CMC then the CTL will draw up a formula on allocation of seats for participants at the CTL Meetings.
CTL12: CTLは、会議の参加者への割り当てのため、CTLへのMB参加スロットが利用でき るかどうかの可能性についてCMCの意見を知りたいと思います。もし可能な場合、CTLは、
CTL会議での参加者のための席の配分を図式にします。
CTL13: CTL recommends to the CMC to approve the decision to create an Operational Document (OD) on calibration and maintenance of climatic chambers
CTL13:CTLは、気候室の校正とメンテナンスにODを作成する決定の承認をCMCに推奨し ます。

CTL14: CTL recommends to the CMC to approve these standards as the applicable standards for the PV Category: IEC 60904-1, IEC 60904-2, IEC 60904-9, IEC 61215, IEC 61646, IEC 61683, IEC 61727, IEC 61730-1, IEC 61730-2, IEC 61829, IEC 62108, IEC 62109-1, IEC 62109-2, IEC 62116, IEC 62257-9-5 and IEC 62790 (to be added)
CTL14：CTLは、PVのカテゴリに適用可能な規格として、下記の規格の承認をCMCに推奨 します。

CTL16:CTL technical input on interchangeability of equivalent components requested from the PAC:The CTL agrees with the intent of the PAC document. The CTL also noted and approved the proposed CTL comments to the PAC document that will be provided back to the PAC. Final document together with the CTL input has been sent to the PAC
CTL16:PACから要求された同等の部品の互換性について、CTLはPAC文書の意図と一 致しています。しかし、CTLからの詳細な技術的意見については PAC文書に入れ込んで 最終文書をPACに提案しました。
