３－１ プランテーション経営の問題点及び研修に対して出された要望
サラワク州、サバ州及び西マレーシアの各関係機関及びプランテーションに対して現地 調査を行った結果、各関係機関より出されたプランテーション経営に関する問題点及び研 修に対して出された要望は以下のとおりである。

３－２ 研修計画案
これまで述べた調査結果を基に研修計画の案を策定した。図３－１に研修の基本的なコ ンセプトを示す。研修は本邦及びマレーシア国内で実施する予定である。
研修はMTIB及び下部組織であるFPRSBの職員、FPDSBが造林事業資金を貸し付けてい る民間プランテーション会社の経営者及びマネージャークラスの者等が対象となる。研修 員の人数は1回の研修で5名から10名を予定している。
研修は2012年から3年間実施される。訪日の時期は毎年9月から10月頃、研修の実施 期間は1カ月程度が想定される。表３－１に研修計画案を示す。
