4.2 今後の課題
評価実験の結果，並びに今後解決するべき課題も明らかになった．
まず，予備実験および評価実験の結果から，LMS の画面内に追加したガ イドメニュー自体を見つけにくい問題，進捗状況，特に作業が完了したこ とを知らせることが難しい問題が確認された．ガイドの内容についても，
必要な操作箇所だけでは利用者に不安を与えることが確認された．このた め，
LMS
操作の初期学習を支援する上で，ガイドする内容についても適切 か検討する必要がある．既存研究と比較検討した結果，操作に必要とする操作箇所のみに限定す る機能や，質疑応答機能などの本研究では提案していない機能が用意され ていることが確認された．これらの機能が，LMS操作の初期学習を支援す る上でどのように利用できるのか，提案システムと同様に
LMS
に改修を 行わないという制限のもとで利用できる機能かどうか検討する必要がある．また，ガイドを定義するデータを効率的に作成する方法についても用意さ れており，本研究においても同様の機能により効率化できると予測される．
また，本研究での提案システムにより
LMS
への適用可能性の確認と，ガイドが可能なことは確認されたが，
LMS
操作の初期学習の効果について は確認できていない．初期学習の支援を行うにあたり，提案システムを用 いた場合の初期学習の効果について確認する必要がある．また，ガイド定義データの設計において省略時の値を設定していること など，実用化に向けて再検討が必要である．
今後，上記した課題を解決し，
LMS
操作の初期学習の支援の効果を確認 することが期待される．64
