PRECAUTIONARY STATEMENTS
Causes eye irritation. Do not get in eyes. Wear protective eyewear when handling. Avoid breathing vapors. Use a respiratory protection device. Harmful if swallowed. Avoid contact with skin. When handling wear coveralls over shortsleeved shirt, short pants, socks, chemical resistant shoes and chemical resistant gloves. NOTE: Read and follow all label directions and cautions on all products used.
First Aid
Call a poison control center or doctor immediately for treatment advice.
If Swallowed: Have person sip a glass of water if able to swallow. Do not induce vomiting unless told to do so by a poison control center or doctor. Do not give anything by mouth to an unconscious person.
If on Skin or Clothing: Take off contaminated clothing. Rinse skin immediately with plenty of water for 15-20 minutes.
If Inhaled: Move person to fresh air. If person is not breathing, call 911 or an ambulance, then give artificial respiration, preferably mouth to mouth if possible.
If In Eyes: Hold eye open and rinse slowly and gently with water for 15-20 minutes. Remove contact lenses if present, after the first 5 minutes, then continue rinsing eye. Have the product container with you when calling a poison control center or doctor, or going for treatment.
GENERAL INFORMATION
SOYSURF MSO is a unique blend, of highly refined and modified seed oil, and superior nonionic surfactants. SOYSURF MSO’s unique chemistry, allows for superior wetting and absorption of those pesticides or products, on those products where the labels recommend the addition of an MSO spray adjuvant to improve coverage. The addition of SOYSURF MSO to a spray tank solution will improve a spray application, by physically modifying the deposition and wetting characteristics of the spray solution; the result being a more uniform spray deposit.
This product cannot be used for aquatic applications.
The use of SOYSURF MSO can increase pesticidal activity where the following factors occur, but are not limited to:
1. When used in areas of the country with low relative humidity and high temperatures.
2. When target species are large and have developed a thick, waxy cuticle.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Use SOYSURF MSO in spray mixture at a rate of 1-1/2 to 2 pints per acre. Higher rates may be required on hard-to-control weeds or weeds that are under stress.
NOTE: The application rates on this label are based on pesticide labels, that recommend the use of a methylated seed oil or nonionic surfactant. Rates of this product may be increased or decreased. Always follow pesticide labeling for proper recommen- dations. The addition of a spray adjuvant to some pesticide or pesticide tank mix combinations may cause phototoxicity to the foliage and/or fruit of susceptible crops. Before using SOYSURF MSO where an MSO may not be recommended, the user or applicator advisor must have experience with the combination, or must have conducted a phototoxicity trial.
MIXING
Prior to pesticide application, clean mixing and application equipment according to pesticide label directions. Fill spray tank 2/3 or 3/4 full of water. If foaming is anticipated, an antifoaming agent should be added before pesticides, nutrients, or SOYSURF MSO. Add Dry Flowable (DF) and Wettable Powder (WP) formulations and disperse the dry formulation thoroughly before adding SOYSURF MSO. Continue the addition of other ingredients, including SOYSURF MSO according to the directions on the pesticide label.
NOTE: For optimum results, spray mixes containing SOYSURF MSO should be applied within 36 hours.
STORAGE AND DISPOSAL
STORAGE: Store in original container only. Protect product from freezing. Prevent water from being introduced into the contents of this package. Do not use, spill, or store near heat or open flame.
DISPOSAL: Triple rinse container and pour rinsate into the mixing tank. Do not reuse empty container and dispose of it in accordance with state, local and federal regulations. DO NOT REUSE EMPTY CONTAINER FOR ANY PURPOSE.
