ON Semiconductor acquired SensL in May of 2018. We are w orking diligently to integrate SensL products into the ON
Semiconductor order and fulfillment processes , and integration w ith our channel partners. The integration w ill be completed on Monday, October 29, 2018.
As part of our overall customer strategy, ON Semiconductor has determined that your future business requirements for SensL products w ill be best served through one of our authorized distributor partners. We have aligned w ith Arrow Electronics and Mouser for support of your current backlog (if applicable) and/or your future business. These tw o distributors have w orldw ide scope and have w orked w ith the SensL team to ensure stock and support by trained sales personnel. Your salesperson and distribution partner w ill be w orking closely w ith you during this transition.

Follow ing are additional details to assist w ith your transition:
All open backlog not scheduled to be shipped from SensL by Wednesday October 24, 2018 must be cancelled and new orders placed through your preferred channel partner. PRICE QUOTES:
If you need a price quote or to place an order in the future please contact one of the channel partners above. If you have historical price quotes or purchases every effort w ill be made to honor that pricing for same volume w here possible. Please make sure to provide that pricing to the sales team w hen requesting quotes.
INVOICING:
Products shipped prior to October 29, 2018 w ill be invoiced by SensL. Products shipped on or after October 29, 2018 w ill be invoiced by your Distributor partner.
