1. 運賃適用重量
Chargeable Weight
運賃適用重量を決める。(実重量と容積重量を比較して大きい方が運賃適用重量) 運賃 ＝ 賃率 ｘ 運賃適用重量2. 運賃(賃率)
Rates
適用する賃率を決める。(賃率の優先順位“Precedence of Rates”のルールに従って) 賃率は原則として発地国の通貨でＫＧ当りいくらというように決められている。 (米国発はＬＢ当りを使用）3. 通貨
Currency
通貨の種類毎に決められた単位に、端数処理をする。4. 重量料金
Weight Charges

5. 合算用運賃
Construction Rates
ＴＡＣＴに通し運賃が出ていない場合は、｢合算用運賃｣を使って運賃を合算する。6. 運賃の合算
Combination of Rates
上記5.の合算用運賃が無い場合は、区間運賃(sector rates)を合算する。7. 運賃の換算
Conversion of Rates
通貨が異なる運賃を合算する場合は、換算率表を用いて換算する。8. 従価料金
Valuation Charge
運送申告価格がKG当り19SDR（注）を超える場合、従価料金を適用する。9. その他料金
Other Charges
航空会社あるいは代理店でかかる諸料金があれば、重量料金に加算する。10. 航空運送状

航空運送状を発行する。運賃計算の例

Total gross weight : 55 kgs
Dimensions : 1 suitcase 72 x 57 x 26cm 1 carton 78 x 62 x 48 cm
Volume : 72 x 57 x 26 cm = 106,704 cm3
78 x 62 x 48 cm = 232,128 cm3
Volume weight : 338,832 cm3 ÷ 6000 = 56.472 = 56.5 kgs
Applicable rate : Class Rate(R) Applicable GCR (GCR Q) EUR22.00
Rounding off unit : EUR0.01 = EUR22.00
Chargeable weight : 56.5 kgs
Weight charge : 56.5 kgs x EUR22.00 = EUR 1,243.00
Rounding off unit : EUR0.01 = EUR 1,243.00
運賃適用重量
Chargeable Weight
貨物の実重量と容積重量を比較し、大きい方を運賃適用重量とする。
1. 実重量
Gross Weight
0.5kg単位に切り上げる。（LB使用の場合は1LB単位に切り上げ）
(例) Gross weight 100.1kg → 100.5kg, Gross weight 100.7kg → 101kg Gross weight 100.1lb. → 101lb., Gross weight 100.7lb. → 101lb.
2. 容積重量

“6,000cm3 = 1kg”で、容積を重量に換算する。最大長・幅・高を使用する。
小数点以下のcmは１cm単位に四捨五入する。(in.も1in.単位に四捨五入する。) (例) 150.2cm x 125.5 cm x 100.6cm
= 150cm x 126cm x 101cm = 1,908,900cm3 : 6,000cm3 = 318.150 kg = 318.5kg
3. 運賃適用重量の決定
Establishing the Chargeable Weight
実重量と容積重量を比較して、どちらか多い方を運賃適用重量とする。
4. Chargeable Weight of a Consignment Consisting of Two or More Pieces
実重量の合計と容積重量の合計を比較して、どちらか多い方を運賃適用重量とする。Exercise 3

端数は“Currency Table”に示された端数処理単位(Rounding off units)に
四捨五入する。
運賃・料金の基本
● (空港間の運賃・料金)
The rates are quoted from airport to airport and apply only in the direction in which they are published (From-To)
● (運送経路に無関係）
In principle, the rates apply regardless of the flown route. They may however become influenced by the carrier’s choice of routing.
● (空港間のサービスのみをカバー）
The airport to airport rates do not include additional charges such as pick-up, export and import clearance, delivery and storage charges.
● (発地国通貨建て）
Rates and charges are published in the currency of the country where the
transportation starts or in US Dollars where used as local currency. The rates in local currency are to be applied for air waybill rating.
● (KG当り運賃）
The rates and charges in local currency are published per kilogram. (from the USA per kg and per lb)
● (航空運送状発行日に有効な運賃を適用）
Rates and charges applicable to the carriage of cargo will be those in effect on the date of issuance of the air waybill by the Carrier or its authorized Agent.
