come out は文脈によって様々な意味を成す表現ですが、「〜が出る」が基本の意味となり、「リリースする・ される」に置き換えて考えたら分かりやすいと思います。新しい映画やテレビ番組が公開されたり、歌手が 新しい曲やアルバムを出したり、または新商品や新サービスが発売される・店頭に出るという状況で、come out が使われます。 その他に、試験の結果が出たり、新しいニュースや情報が発表された際にも、come out が使われ、汎用性 の高い表現です。
