Much attention is paid to the lie. The interest is focused on how to make the lie disappear in the world and on how to spot the lie. In specific, the interest is focused on the lie itself and the people who commit the lie. In this research I focused my attention on patients’ lies happened in the medical care between the patient and the doctor. The patient values are diversity. In the medical care, the patients go to hospital in order to keep their health and cure disease, but the patients’ intentions are not so simple. In traditional medicine care, the treatment process is almost focused on how to cure disease the patient has. But recently, the patient's request is so diversity that this change makes the patient have the complex intention or psychological interest when they face to the doctor. In this situation, it is very import to know patients’ intention and mental state when they face to the medical care.

I approached to the patients’ intention and mental state by exploring the content of the lie (what the patient says) because the lie has the purpose and intention. So it also can say in the behind of the lie has the people`s the intention and mental state and the fact. For example, a patient says their own illness better than their real illness since he/she wants the doctor reduce amount of prescription medicine. This is because the patient feel embarrassed to say that he/she does not have enough money to pay for the prescription medicine. So this lie may reflect the patient real intention and mental state. Like this, we can use the lie to pursuit the patients’ intention and mental state in the medical care and pursuit what the intent is hidden in the lie.

In this research, based on the Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory and the theory about control over others proposed by the Ford, we conducted the web questionnaire survey to collect the case of patient lie what can express their desire, then systematize the patient

intention and mental state methods of ontology based on the content of the patients lie`s cases. As a result, in the patient lies has the case what can be explained by the Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory. For example, some patients want to make sure the disease what they had and the state of illness, so they concealed they was getting the second opinion from the doctor. These patient lies make clear some people say lie because they care their health very much. In the otherwise, some patient lies cannot use the Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory to be explained.According to the Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory when the people get ill, everyone wants get recover as soon as possible. But some patient risked their life to say the lie for other things. Therefore this type of lie is contrary to the Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory. In the medical care, I think the doctor always thought the patient come hospital is single-mindedly for curing the illness and ignore the patient lie and the aftermath what the patient lies maybe take. Because that, I think through discuss the patient lie maybe can help the doctor to know the patient better and help the patient to cure the illness.

In this research, I systematized the lies then through that to systematize the psychology of the patient. This study aims to make the relationship that can support doctor to infer thepatient`s Psychology.Like in this research said that it still have many patient lies cannot be explained by the existing theory. Therefore, more efforts should be devoted to research to make it complete.
