For retail sale to and use only by Certified Applicators or persons under their direct supervision, and only for those uses covered by the Certified Applicator’s certification.

Use: For control of corn earworm in Sweet Corn grown for processing States: Idaho, Oregon, Washington

This recommendation is made under authority of FIFRA Section 2(ee) and recommends the use of Warrior II with Zeon Technology® at a reduced rate for corn earworm control in sweet corn after an initial application of Warrior II with Zeon Technology® at labeled rates. The user must refer to the federally approved labels for Warrior II with Zeon Technology® and read and follow all directions for use, restrictions, and precautions.

For use on Corn Earworm in Sweet Corn, grown for processing, to manage low populations following an initial application of Warrior II with Zeon Technology at 1.28– 1.92 fl. oz./A.

Apply only when an initial application of 1.28 – 1.92 fl. oz./A is used as a first application to knock down any populations.

Apply as required by scouting, or locally prescribed corn growth stages, usually at intervals of 4 or more days. Timing and frequency of applications should be based upon insect populations reaching locally determined economic thresholds or other locally recommended methods and should be targeted for control before insects enter the stalk or ear.

Apply with ground or air equipment using sufficient water and application methods to obtain full coverage of foliage and ears (if present). When applying by air, apply in a minimum of 2 gallons of water per acre.

Do not apply within 1 day of harvest.

Do not apply more than 0.48 lb. ai (30.72 fl.

oz. or 1.92 pts. of product) per acre per season.

The user must refer to the federally approved Warrior II with Zeon Technology label and read and follow all applicable directions for use, restrictions, and precautions.

It is violation of federal law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling.

This recommendation should be in the possession of the user at the time of pesticide application.

This recommendation is made as permitted by Section 2(ee) of FIFRA, as amended, and has not been submitted to or approved by the EPA.
