A STUDY ON DEFORMAITION CAPACITY OF RETROFITTING METHOD UTILIZING FIBER

The authors have proposed an emergency rapid retrofitting method utilizing fiber sheets containing hydraulic resin (TST-FiSH). This method is capable of rapid construction. Therefore, it is considered that effective technique as seismic reinforcement method. In this paper, We conducted a cyclic loading test under compression axial force that assumes earthquake of ramen viaduct columns of the RC column specimens that reinforced according to the present method of shear failure type before reinforcement. As a result, the fracture morphology of RC column specimens reinforced by this method became a bending destructive. In addition, the deformation performance was confirmed that more than a history of calculation formula.
