8005: How to Obtain Examination Application Forms

The application forms for the qualifying examination of the year are available at the Regional Customs in charge of each examination site from early July to the application due date, generally set in early August.

In order to request application forms by postal mail must enclose a self-addressed envelope of at least 210mm×297mm with stamps*, and send it to the customs brokerage supervisor of the Regional Customs controlling over the preferred examination site. Please make sure sending the request well in advance, to enable you to apply by the due date.
