PRECAUTIONARY STATEMENTS

CAUTION: Harmful if swallowed or absorbed through skin. Causes moderate eye irritation. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, and clothing. Avoid inhalation of spray mist. Wash thoroughly with soap and water after handling. Read and follow all precautionary statements on the accompanying pesticide label(s).

FIRST AID

If swallowed: Call a doctor or get medical attention. Do not induce vomiting. Do not give anything by mouth to an unconscious person.

If on skin: Remove contaminated clothing. Wash affected area with plenty of soap and water. Get medical attention if irritation persists.

If inhaled: Remove victim to fresh air. If not breathing, give artificial respiration, preferably mouth-to-mouth.

If in eyes: Flush eyes with plenty of water. Call a physician if irritation persists.

USE PRECAUTIONS

The addition of an adjuvant to some pesticides may increase the risk of phytotoxicity to certain susceptible crops, especially during periods of high humidity or other circumstances, which may increase the activity of spray solutions. Care should be exercised when using on new varieties or crops not previously treated with SUPER-FACT.

GENERAL INFORMATION

SANDERS SUPER-FACT is a premium high concentrate 95% active low-foaming replacement for crop oil concentrates and modified seed oil concentrates. SANDERS SUPER-FACT is a unique surfactant, which improves the deposition and penetration of active ingredients into the target plant. SANDERS SUPER-FACT contains free fatty acids to improve rain fastness and wash-off resistance. SANDERS SUPER-FACT is designed for use with herbicides, fungicides, insecticides, defoliants, desiccants, plant growth regulators, and any other crop protection product where an oil concentrate or a nonionic surfactant is required or recommended. An integrated antifoaming system helps minimize foam in the spray tank. The efficacy of SANDERS SUPER-FACT and the effects of the spray application may be affected by various environment factors and the condition and operation of the sprayer. Periodic calibration of spray equipment and visual inspection of the spray application may necessitate an adjustment of the adjuvant rate. When used accord- ing to the Directions for Use, SANDERS SUPER-FACT is compatible with most pesticides and fertilizers.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

SANDERS SUPER-FACT is intended for use with products registered for agricultural, horticul- tural, turf, ornamental, industrial, aquatic and non-crop uses.

CAUTION: Read and follow all pesticide label directions. Do not use where the pesticide label specifically prohibits the use of an adjuvant. If the pesticide label neither recommends nor prohibits an adjuvant, the applicator must have previous experience with the adjuvant/pesticide spray mixture or should apply a small test area before making large-scale applications.

Ground Application:

For pesticides where an oil concentrate is recommended: 1-3 pints per 100 gallons of spray solution. Typical use rate is 2 pints per 100.

Air Application:

For pesticides where an oil concentrate is recommended: 4-8 ounces per acre. Refer to pesticide label for minimum water volume per acre.

Aquatic Application:

For pesticides where an oil concentrate is recommended: 2-4 pints per 100 gallons of spray solution.

MIXING: Add SANDERS SUPER-FACT to the spray mix last and continue agitation.

STORAGE AND DISPOSAL

STORAGE: Store in original container only. Protect product from freezing. Prevent water from being introduced into the contents of this package. Do not use, spill, or store near heat or open flame.

DISPOSAL: Triple rinse container and pour rinsate into the mixing tank. Do not reuse empty container and dispose of it in accordance with state, local and federal regulations. DO NOT REUSE EMPTY CONTAINER FOR ANY PURPOSE.

The directions for use of this product reflect the opinion of experts based on field use and tests.

The directions are believed to be reliable and should be followed carefully. However, it is impos- sible to eliminate all risks inherently associated with use of this product. Crop injury, ineffective- ness or other unintended consequences may result because of such factors as weather conditions, presence of other materials, or use of the product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling, all of which are beyond the control of Jimmy Sanders Inc. or the Seller. All such risks shall be assumed by the Buyer. Jimmy Sanders Inc. warrants that this product conforms to the chemical description on the label and is reasonably fit for the purposes referred to in the Directions for Use, subject to the inherent risks referred to above. Jimmy Sanders Inc.

MAKES NO OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF FITNESS OR MERCHANT- ABILITY OR ANY OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY. IN NO CASE SHALL JIMMY SANDERS INC. OR THE SELLER BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR INDIRECT DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OR HANDLING OF THIS PROD- UCT. Jimmy Sanders Inc. and the seller offer this product, and the Buyer and the User accept it, subject to the foregoing Conditions of Sale and Warranty, which may be varied only by agree- ment in writing signed by a duly authorized representative of Jimmy Sanders Inc.
