DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Apply in the fall to the stubble of harvested crops for preemergence control of labeled weeds the following spring in no-till and conservation tillage systems. Tank-mix with registered burndown herbicides for control of emerged weeds in the fall. Refer to product labels for use rates and instructions. Apply after September 30 in those areas north of Interstate 90 and after October 15 in areas north of Interstate 40 when soil temperatures are 55° F or below. Follow all rotational crop restrictions when planting a crop the following spring.
RESTRICTIONS:
Do not apply to frozen soils.
Do not apply more than 20 oz/acre of Authority MTZ DF per twelve month period.
Do not apply more than 0.25 lb ai sulfentrazone for a fallow application and no more than 0.375 lb ai/acre sulfentrazone per twelve month period.
Do not apply to soils classified as sand, which have less than 1% organic matter.
ALL APPLICABLE DIRECTIONS, RESTRICTIONS, AND PRECAUTIONS ON THE EPA REGISTERED AUTHORITY MTZ DF HERBICIDE LABEL (EPA REG. NO. 279-3340) MUST BE FOLLOWED.
THIS RECOMMENDATION MUST BE IN THE POSSESSION OF THE USER AT THE TIME OF PESTICIDE APPLICATION.
THIS RECOMMENDATION IS MADE AS PERMITTED UNDER FIFRA SECTION 2(ee) AND HAS NOT BEEN SUBMITTED TO OR APPROVED BY THE EPA.
