Abstract: Contact-Activity Communication Process (CACP) is a process that a company can use to
collaborate with its local community on social issues. CACP starts from building relationships among members who have gathered based on common interests, rather than picking team members based on required functions. People then gather and come up with an “issue in common” for starting a project. In order to increase the number of practitioners of CACP within a company, we designed a facilitation process to build and cultivate a learning community for CACP. The facilitation process consists of 3 days face to face training course and monthly 2 hours online course. As result from 6 months trial, we successfully engaged 22 persons from 14 different divisions. 4 persons out of them remain as active participants of the monthly online course. Cultivating the learning community is our future work.
